Villa was spacious, lovely to have your own private pool. Food throughout was very good. Staff professional.

공항에서 멀지 않은 위치.
리조트 지구의 중앙에 위치해서 좌우로 알마와같은 큰 리조트가 있어 해변이 깔끔하게 정비됨.
객실 상태 깔끔하며 외관도 깔끔하여 항상 정비된 상태.
침대는 평범한편이고 화장실 깔끔함.
직원들 항상 친절하며 리조트 서비스 외에 카카오톡 개인 아이디를 통해 택시호출을 도와줘서 편리한 여행에 도움이됨.
조경관리하시는 직원에게 코코넛 얻어먹은게 큰 추억이됨.
리조트가 대부분 평지라 메인홀-해변숙소까지 걸어서 산책하기 좋음.
수질은 필터사용시 하루만에 옅은 갈색으로 변함.
객실 화장실 괜찮았으나 현관앞 화장실은 냄새가 많이 남.
수영장이 뛰어나진 않음.
우리 방 전용 수영장 타일에 파손이 있어 다칠 위험이 있었음.
조식의 메뉴가 다양하지 않고 풍부하지 않음.

24일부터 30일까지 6일간 가족과 머물며 즐거운 시간을 보냈다.
아침조식은 상당히 만족스러웠고 아이들이 매우 좋아했다.
빌라 수영장과 주변은 관리가 잘되고 청소도 깔끔했다.
카페나노에서 저녁식사를 했는데 크리스마스 분위기와 음식도 상당히 마음에 들었다.
모든 Staff들이 매우 친절했으며 주변 산책을 하다 마주치면 웃으며 인사를 하는 모습이 매우 좋았다.
룸서비스를 이용했는데 가격은 합리적이였고 맛도 있었다.
크리스마스 이브 갈라 디너에 참석했는데 뷔페는 별로였다. 그리고 크레이피쉬가 별도로 나왔는데 거의 식어서 나왔고 맛도 없었다.
1층 화장실 문이 잘 닫히지 않았고 문을 잠그는 장치가 잠근 상태에서 빠져서 곤란한 상황을 겪었다.
그리고 2층 화장실 문 옆에 있는 타일이 떨어질 듯 붙어 있어 위험해 보였다.
빌라 내부를 꼼꼼히 점검해서 보완할 부분들은 신속하게 보수를 하길 바란다.

location is very remote, so peaceful and quiet. the rooms were very comfortable and luxurious, the staff were so friendly, the Kidsdom was fantastic… a perfect family holiday.
The pillows are too too soft - that is the only thing I didn’t like.

The staff was more than friendly and very helpful. Every wish we had was fulfilled.
The houses are very spacious, clean with high quality furnishing.
Breakfast and dinner buffet had a rich selection of food.
Furthermore, the price is fair compared to other resorts nearby.
I would recommend a stay at this resort.

Location is beautiful, the gardens are lovely and the Villa was stunning with beautiful fittings.
The Food wasn’t up to the standard you would expect but the Customer service Manager Alice sorted out feedback and listened. she was outstanding for service recovery making our stay wonderful and we genuinely felt she understood our feedback.

Exceptional in every way. Clean, comfy bed, fabulous pool, well kept gardens and great staff. Would recommend to anyone.
About the only thing is that the sunbed towels could be bigger.

Same decoration as other Vin Villa we went in Phu Quoc. Very nice beach front villa with private pool.

Everything was so perfect! This resort is the one that i've always dreamed to come! Especially two staffs named 'Viet' and 'Phuong' were so kind and amazingly nice. They were the best!!! They always tried to offer the best serives for us even if our English is not enough to communicate😊

the villas are big with a big kitchen but not equipped and it is asked 50$ if we bring food inside so… what the point of renting villa with kitchen???

Facilities was good except some bath room doors. . Buffet was quite good.
Staff driving e-bike around too much, which was quite dangerous for guests. You should limit such activities.
Half board includes only buffet meals. Pumpkin soup was too salty.

Beautiful Villa with great facilities, excellent service
dinner buffet wasn’t great, however the hotel rectified this with a fruit platter the next morning.
Also, out of the hotel’s control, but it was very quiet during our stay
