Just returned from two weeks at Grandmas Garden and what can I say, it's absolutely perfect. From Lales amazing breakfast to the incredible location. Couldn't be any closer to town, literally next to the Turtle Roundabout. But once you're in the beautiful garden, it's like a little oasis. Lale make you immediately feel like part of the family and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and lots of lovely shaded areas with comfortable seating if that's needed. You can get snacks through the day at the pool bar, which I would also highly recommend as Lale is a fantastic cook. All in all a stay I could not fault at all and can't wait to return.

The family/team that runs this place is truly special. This was our first visit but it was clear many travelers come back year after year and it was easy to see why. The breakfast and pool area was so comfortable and inviting. Our room was very spacious and it was wonderful to have a dishwasher and washing machine in the room. you can’t beat the location, it is easy walking distance to everything in Dalyan.

There was a unpleasant odor that came from the bathroom drain after a day or two post-cleaning.

Amazing place to stay in Dalyan. Lale and her staff are exceptionally welcoming people. We had room number 3, which was big and spacious and generally very pleasant.

Excellent freshly-made, Turkish-style buffet breakfast. The location was ideal, as it is right in the middle of Dalyan town centre yet secluded enough to offer privacy and a relaxing environment!

Apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious with great facilities for myself and 3 kids. Hosts extremely friendly and could not do enough for us. Location is perfect.

The apartment is in a quiet and scenic area which is a minutes away from the river. There are buses nearby that will take you to Iztuzu Beach, Marmaris and other locations. Grandma known as Lale was very hospitable and went above and beyond to help you.

Nothing. The area in terms of food is quite expensive, no big food or coffee chains in Dalyan but these are not a deterrent of the property, just putting it out there for anyone who needs to know.

Breakfast in the beautiful garden by the pool each morning was most enjoyable. An oasis of calm and quiet in the middle of town. Lale the owner is absolutely lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her.

The garden area was charming with lots of lovely cats. We loved the beautiful hostess and her son. The huge apartment was amazing with excellent facilities. The lovely varied breakfasts, including delicious home made jams and vegetarian offerings made especially for me.

The pool.was small.and didn't get the sun all day . Sadly although the balcony had a mountain view, right in front of us was a petrol station so was.not inviting.

Such a lovely stay! 'Grandma' was just so welcoming and kind, and her breakfasts are wonderful (we were so sad to miss our last one for an early flight!). The location is great, 5 minutes from the river front and round the corner from the mini bus and centre of the town. Relaxing by the pool on sunbeds in the beautiful garden was idyllic, and we were very happy with our room, balcony and bathroom- was great to have a kettle so we could make ourselves tea.

Pillow wasn't great for me (but I always struggle with hotel pillows as they're too high, so this is not specifically to this hotel), and would always be good to have more than one. Otherwise we loved everything and would definitely here again!

Staff were super helpful and friendly and the apartment was excellent value for money and in an excellent location 👏

Breakfast was a great selection of fruit, bread, cold meats, cheese, freshly made Turkish pastries, yoghurt, honey, homemade jam ... Tables are set out around the pool, under the orange, lemon and pomegranate trees. The food served from the bar during the day is also delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and there is a very relaxed, hospitable atmosphere. Nothing is any trouble and all requests responded to quickly and with a smile. Our flight was delayed so we arrived early in the morning, but we were greeted at the door with a smile! The location is fabulous - right in the centre and only a couple of minutes from the river, yet quiet and relaxed. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. You need to request to have bed linen/ towels changed and the rooms cleaned, which we did every couple of days. We had a kitchen so could keep drinks cold, buy ice-creams etc and there was a washing machine in our bathroom (and drying racks) so we could clean clothes easily. The air-conditioning worked well; it was very hot during our stay. There is a supermarket opposite, and a pharmacist just down the street, so everything you could need is on your doorstep. Many of our fellow residents were regular visitors and were able to give us lots of useful recommendations. We will definitely be returning!

We can't think of anything that we didn't like!

Staff is so lovely and breakfast is really good. Building is also so close to the center and everything is pretty clean. Swimming pool is also quite nice to enjoy when you don't go to the sea.

There is everything to love about this gem of a place. Location, people and rooms were fantastic. Definitely first on my list for next year!

There could be more wardrobe space in Queen room accommodation, especially for extended stays over 2 weeks
