The appartment is very well furnished and super clean.
Transportation is very convenient (many bus stops around) and the location is perfect for the price (super near Florentin and jaffa, and near from the center).
The host is very handful and Nice, communication is easy.

Everything you need was in the appartment! And yes there is a CARREFOUR market in Bat Yam. It is not so far from Ben Gurion so that is easy
We went during Pesach so there where some restrictions but we managed it

Great price/value with all necessary equipment! Nothing luxurious but you get all what is needed. Me and my friend stayed there for 7 nights using close bus stop (s) to travel around Tel Aviv / Jerusalem / Dead Sea. Nothing particular we could complain. Recommended!
Considering the good price, its hard to find something to complaind. Maybe occasional noise during the night coming from the road nearby.
