Rooms and public areas were very clean. The fact you have access to both resorts it’s really good. Loads os indoors and outdoors swimming pools.
The Room was really bright to sleep, curtains were not long enough for the windows.

Swimming pools large apartment and good location. Bars and entertainment was pretty good.
The breakfast had many options but the quality wasnt really good. No real orange juice, bad coffee, the bread and the cold cuts were low quality. Eggs Pancakes sweet stuff yoghurts were ok

The food was awful we tried a couple of times I got I’ll from the food on one evening so didn’t eat her again
Service was incredibly slow even when empty at one point we ordered a pizza waited a long time for the waiter to leave it in the bar and walk off. After another 5 or so minutes I had to go and ask for my food to be told the pizza sat in the bar with people around it was in fact mine.
Wifi very poor
All pools were freezing even the heated one was quite hard to stay in for long periods of time
The noise was probably the biggest issue from corridors, neighbouring rooms and the entertainment at night.
Lots of the Resteraunt didn’t open until late which if you have young children was a bit of a pain so I cooked most nights

very big spacious rooms. the pull out sofa bed was more comfortable than some we’ve had before which was good. balcony was really large too. Ample pool facilities to choose from with plenty of loungers available, the kids enjoyed the splash parks. we had breakfast one morning which was good.
a little tired in areas and not everything was open but guessing that was due to the time of year. we visited the cafeteria restaurant one evening where the prices were similar to other restaurants we’d previously been to however the food was below average and portion sizes were really small.

A fantastic hotel. Amazing facilities. Our second stay. Absolutely spotless. Lovely grounds and pools. Kids loved the pools. Amazing staff throughout the hotel. 5 euro Uber to old town.

Great for children, so much to do and keep them entertained. Rooms lovely and spacious. Pools are brilliant and watersides for kids are great. So many choices of activities to do.
It is a little out of the town but I was thankful of that at night as we could go home with the kids and there was no noise or crowds of drunk people. There is music and good fun in the hotel so don't actually have to leave to go to the town either. Can walk to New town.

Location was perfect.

Indoor pool for extra hot days was very welcomed.

We had late check-in just before midnight, Night manager demanded full payment for our week stay immediately on arrival. When I questioned this he replied with:
'How did you get here sir, was it by aeroplane? Did you pay before you flew, this hotel is no different now I WILL take full payment right now'
Unbelievably rude and abrupt infront of my small kids on our arrival, 1st impressions weren't great.
Some Reception staff were very helpful and others made it look like you were being an inconvenience to them, one of them even gave me a 'tut'
Bar service was incredibly slow, sometimes the queue was 20-25 minutes of a wait.
On sight supermarket was extremely expensive, Spar or Aldi is well worth the trip if you were looking for food or essentials.

Good activities for kids- there were many pools.
The mini market was further away, there were various buildings and we were put in a building wear we had to walk the furthest to everything, the beach was a long, hard walk away, the pools closed early- we would have liked the option to be at beach during day and pool at night. Kid activities. No small container of soap or a sponge I. The kitchen. We had no Dora we would have to bring. All of that.

Room was very satisfactory, clean, spacious and light with everything we needed. It was great to have the english channels on the tv. We loved the location of our apartment overlooking the pool.
Location was great, the area is quiet at night away from the strip.
We were self catering so I cannot comment on breakfast. However the bar food was lovely, well presented and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The wifi was not working around the pool area.
A bigger bin in the apartment kitchen would be better as it filled up quite quickly.
The beds were a bit sagged in the middle, could do with turning the mattresses or replacing them. Also would have like extra pillows as they were a bit too soft.
The hotel entertainment in the evenings was very poor, it would be nice to have a little early disco time for the kids with more fun and games entertainment for them.

it was a perfect hotel for children. Apartment’s were great for the facilities and it was a great location. far enough away from nightlife to not hear it but close enough if you wanted a night out.

Apartments clean and spacious,slides in pool great fun and very safe for younger kids. Good activities my boys loved Soccer every morning. Have water balls and zip lines too. Reptile and parrot shows at the apartments. Spar shop just around the corner.
Some of the games machines were out of order. More entertainment at evening time for kids like a disco for hour.
