everything here is perfect - it’s the 2nd time
I have stayed here and you get this warm
welcome buzz as soon as you step through the door. it’s a beautiful hotel, comfy, fun and elegant. Everything you could ever really wish for!

the mattress weren’t the most comfy however that was the only negative

Great breakfast. Shuttle service is very good and precise
Wellness area to be more taken care of. Water and tea was often missing.
Also when making the room, no replenishments of soaps and we needed to chase it

The property is close to the lifts and amenities of St Anton. It is clean and modern. The staff is the best attribute. They are friendly, attentive and the service is impeccable. They were willing to help us with everything.
It is expensive, however the level of service helps justify the price.

Great spacious rooms, but the staff were really exceptional and super helpful. They really made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me (free transport, helped get my lift pass and also let you keep your skis at Jennewein near the ski lifts)

being really quite “picky” spa treatment rooms needed more sound insulation and lock or sign on door to show when in use
