The beds were a bit wore down, and the pillows also were not really that comfortable

although it was only a single room (normally more closet than room), this room was very comfortable and cosy. The hotel has a good size, so not too crowded. nice wellness area too! loved everything. Food was also very good 😊

Bathroom and bed are good. Large room. Breakfast is tasteful, though I would expect fresh orange juice at this price point.

Priced as a luxury hotel and with **** stars, I expect more. Rooms are big, but look out-dated. No minibar, no room service, no coffee/tea in the room. The spa/swimming pool is OK but look dated and lack the "spa" feeling. There were no towels at the swimming pool (had to go to the reception), and no slippers in our room.

The bathroom was really well. Enough space, clean, well facilitated. The rooms size was nice en big. The location is great. The employees were great! Really helpful and respectful!

The bed wasn't too comfy, it cracks with every turn. Also there wasn't a water cooker... We didn't have some water to drink in the middle of the night if we were thirsty. The price is too high for the days outside the vacation period.

Location and spa facilities are good, hotel was clean and room was large enough

Room location - we had room 104 which was at the top of a staircase of which every guest used. There was no sound proofing so as a result if you are allocated this room you can not sleep until the last guest goes to sleep and you are awake when the first guest decides to be awake. Notified hotel and they didn't offer any help for a solution even though possible solutions where available. Minimum requirement of a hotel is you can sleep when you want to this is not an option with this room. Friendliness of check in / check out lady leaves a lot to be desired. Also issues with inflexibility with the hotel on booking.
