Too near cathedral bells kept us awake

Staff at the reception is extremely helpful.

Staff at the breakfast room did not like to speak English. I saw them greet and talk to Spanish guests but for me, a foreigner, they took note of the room number and left me alone. No explanation on there choices of breakfast, no talking at all.

Excellent location.Clean and modern-ish room in historic hotel. Great value for money. Orihuela is a historic town with some good hikes round the mountain and along the river

Reception desk greetings seemed administrative rather than friendly.

We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised to receive such a big and comfy room for such a cheap price. The breakfast included was also 10/10. I was recommend anyone to stay here who is visiting.

The property had character and was well maintained. Excellent location for shops and old town. Very quiet room, despite being central.

No parking at the hotel. No kettle in room. No English TV.

All staff (reception and restaurant) really helpful, friendly and professional. Good breakfast. Location. Good variety, and prices, in the restaurant. Rooms very generous size and also very clean.

Room was a little cold during the night and the air conditioning could not be used as it caused an uncomfortable draft. Reference to parking facilities on the Booking.com website is slightly misleading - Parking is off-site and is chargeable (although the hotel did arrange a discounted rate :-)!)

It was my second stay at the hotel and no complaints. Located in a beautiful Palace in the Old Town Orihuela. Good, clean room. Definitely great value for money (we only paid 50 euros per night!). Would recommend

Very nice location.

The room is quite cold. And we do not warm enough duing our sleep. The bed has smell of cigarette. This is rrally bothing. The staffs are all very nice and friendly.

Good location - close to shops, restaurants and cathedral. 10 minutes from station. Friendly check in. Room was very well furnished, clean and comfortable. Had early start so didn't take breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Central location.

The mattresses of our twin beds were long past their best. The soundproofing between rooms and to the outside was non existent. This is a 3 star hotel, not 4 and we had a 1 star experience because there was a drunk man in the next room talking very loudly until 3.00am. Sleep quality therefore dreadful.
