The location and the swimming pool.
The beds in the small bedroom.

Good location - only a short stroll to a little sandy cove and a further 10 minutes to the beautiful long beach of Playa Cristal - with it's bars & restaurants.
Be aware that the pool is open until midnight. It was used by lots of people up to this time - making it very noisy at night.
Poor selection and quality of kitchen / dining crockery, cutlery, pots & pans - not really conducive to self catering.
Poor quality of bed linen and towels - we were only provided 3 bath towels for a family of five.
Beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable - especially the bed settee.
