Great location. El Cotillo has so many good restaurants of a high standard. The host Gustavo was very friendly and gave good advice. The shops and restaurants are within a 5 -1 15minute walk.

The ants!!. Any food left unsealed and the ants are onto it! My breakfast cereal packet was not sealed properly and there were inside the packet.

great location on the beach. staff very helpful. did not have a toaster but gave us one asap.

Super close to the beach (literally a palm tree between my terrace and the sand), spacious room, small kitchenette. I travelled solo, would recommend it even more for families with smaller children, as there’s so much to explore!

The appliances are not the newest, but totally fair and very authentic.

There was no hand soap and nothing to clean the dishes/kitchen either. The Wifi connection was really poor, had to connect to my phone data to use my laptop.

A few steps down on to the beautiful sandy lagoon beaches, and easy walking distance to cafes/bars/restaurants. Great sunny basic apartment on well maintained complex.

Located right in front of the beach, I could not have been closer! Well equipped, a good coffee machine, some spare blankets and pillows. Very beautiful surroundings, the property is full of beautiful plants and flowers.

The wifi didn’t work for me (very weak signal), so if you have to work from there that can be an issue.

The location was amazing. Tranquil, relaxing, close to the sea and nature. Very happy with our stay.

Leaving! Needed another breakfast bowl and had to buy a can opener but really that's just a small crib.

Lovely location, but impossible to know at time of booking which apartment you will get. The photos shown are the same for all apartments, and all show sea views. Unfortunately very few apartments have those views, and you won't know until you get there whether yours has views or not.

I went to great lengths to ensure I would have a beach view, even sending screenshots of Google satellite pictures circling the apartment I thought I was getting. The reception staff assured me I would get the beach view, but I arrived to find a view of the side of a building instead (see photo). Had to find alternative accommodation, which cost me a day of my holiday. At the time I cancelled, the person in front of me in the queue was having the exact same discussion with the reception staff - so I am not the only one to experience this. The staff still had the cheek to charge me for the night I was forced to stay (having arrived on a late flight) and tried to blame it on Booking.com (I later found out it was the property's discretion whether to charge that night, not Booking.com at all).

The location, the hotel is on the beach and there is a tiny lagoon there which is fine for a quick swim or take some sun. The concha is two minutes walking through the beach

The toaster was broken and for the rest of kitchen utensils, they would benefit of a renewal.....

Location location location . Literally a minute from the beach . Perfect for sunrise and sunset . Staff were really friendly and very accommodating. Close to the centre walking distance to great restaurants and a super little bakery .

The wifi was really poor so be prepared . It was great to unplug for a few days .

The room wasn’t clean upon arrival. We tried to call the reception, we sent text messages, no one ever got back to us. We didn’t meet anyone during our stay. Keys were in an envelope on the reception door. If we had had any trouble/question during our stay, no one would have ever answered us or been there for us
