Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and great rooftop terrace! Lovely staff as well.

Some confusion after room cleaning. We had to call housekeeping almost every time to get the (right and right amount of) towels etc. But this was a minor issue and our overall stay was perfect.

Good location. Fairly close to the railway station and on a main road. Shopping is 5 minutes away if you take an autorickshaw, which is generally available on the road. We had a beautiful view of Girnar mountain from the room. First class cleanliness of international standards. Good ambience in the lobby. Polite and helpful staff. Excellent laundry service - even stubborn stains were removed. Delicious pure veg food - if/when you could actually get it!

I got the feeling, this hotel was short of staff in the restaurant and in housekeeping. As a result.... Room service was extremely slow and sometimes non-existent. Sometimes we would order tea or ask for extra drinking water in the room, but it was never delivered. The restaurant opening times were very limited. It was closed to even staying guests after 10:30 am till lunch time. And they won't serve food inside your room after 10:30 pm. Once I had visitors at 11 am; I wanted to sit with them and have tea in the restaurant, but we were refused entry. Very embarrassing in front of my visitors. The bathroom door was so hard to slide, not even a young, fit person could slide it, let alone my elderly parents. My parents totally struggled with these things throughout our stay. We complained about these issues several times, but nothing appeared to have changed.

Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Facilities were also great although I didn't get time to use the pool.

Gym could have been better although it's like this across most hotels.

Great location. An easy tuk tuk ride to the ropeway and Girrnar Hill. We walked to the Fort, which is a wonderful place. Staff very helpful. Room very clean and comfortable- huge windows overlooking the hills around. Very bright.

Accomodation - looked updated, comfortable and clean, no major housekeeping issues, nothing to complain about! Service - friendly staff in general, esp breakfast area, supervisor took time and made effort to say hi and ask if everything was ok.. waiting staff were courteous and accommodating.

Nothing, my stay was comfortable and will definitely consider Bellevue Sarovar Junagadh again for next trip

Excellent value hotel in fascinating Junagadh. We had a very good sized, comfortable room with floor to ceiling window with fantastic views looking out over the old fort (lit up at night). You could see the view from the shower which was cool. Bed super king sized. Hotel overall modern and clean. Staff helped us get a taxi to Sasan Gir.

Breakfast was obviously catering for largely Indian guests so somewhat limited. The rooftop pool is covered so no sunbathing.

There was door connecting adjacent room which is highly objectionable. I expressed same to reception. But not satisfied with their answer.
