This was a perfect location for our onward journey by plane. The property was clean and safe and the staff could not do enough for us. There was such a positive vibe and we were so surprised that we were able to swim, steam and have massages in this great hotel. The Team went over and above by giving a great restaurant recommendation and providing transfers to the airport.

Even though we only stayed for one night after our day safari, we were so warmly welcomed with open arms. We were granted an early check-in and a late check-out which very much facilitated our travels. The staff as well as the owners were more than kind and attentive. It felt very personal. They really went above and beyond making sure all our wishes were fulfilled and our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel also includes a heated pool, jacuzzi and Spa where they organized a very short notice massage treatment for my stiff neck I was struggling with. The breakfast buffet offered everything and more. Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect. We came and were taken care of the best host in the world: Kevin the owner made us feel like a family member. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left everyone in this place was helpful and friendly. Justice the concierge is always reachable through WhatsApp and makes sure you’re getting everywhere you want to go safely. The breakfast has a huge variety of everything you can think of and a menu to order even more delicious things. Unbelievably good ! Gayle and Kevin spent every night talking to us, which was amazing after a long working day. They even helped us with medical issues and recommended nice restaurants. We had wonderful treatments at the spa and enjoyed the heated pool a lot. After all it was the best stay on this 3 week trip and we were sad when we had to leave. A last kiss goodbye 💋 and hope to see you again in the future.

Our experience at Nova Boutique Hotel was exceptionally enjoyable. From the warm reception that greeted us upon arrival to the insightful introduction to the hotel's concept, the attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. The breakfast was a standout feature of our stay. Offering a diverse selection, the quality of the food and its presentation were impressive, setting a positive tone for the day. Our room was cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with the staff anticipating and catering to our needs. Small touches like Lindt balls and a variety of coffee and tea options added to the overall pleasant ambiance. The hotel's modest fitness studio met our requirements perfectly, providing a convenient way to stay active during our stay. The staff members were consistently motivated and friendly, contributing significantly to our positive experience. A special mention goes to the owner of the hotel, with whom we had a delightful conversation about the hotel's background and passion. Overall, our stay at Nova Boutique Hotel was delightful, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. We look forward to returning for another visit.

Das Frühstück war perfekt, so viel Auswahl. Extrem lecker. Brot hätte jetzt nach dt. Sicht vielfältiger sein können. Lage sehr gut, nah am Flughafen, aber kein Fluglärm. Sehr nettes Personal und das Besitzer Ehepaar ist sehr nett, wir hatten gute Gespräche. Weiter so!

Die Fotos spiegeln den NEU Zustand wieder, Fährnis halber muss man hier Abstriche machen, das Hotel existiert seit 2019.

I needed to advise a breakfast time each day which made me feel constrained. Breakfast should be provided and available all morning.

The staff was amazing, nothing was too much of an ask. They were fantastic. The rooms was tidy, clean and very spacious.

Justice, the concierge, is an absolute credit to the business. Friendly, warm and knowledgeable, no ask was too much. The team are incredibly proud of this hotel and it really shows. This hotel is like none that we've ever stayed at. Loved the space theme and think it really works and makes the hotel stand out and be unique. I think this could be carried through to the pool area which still felt still under construction. The breakfast options were the best of all the hotels we stayed at in South Africa. The facilities, including a gym and heated pool, were brilliant. The owners seemed very involved in the day to day, which some people might find a little intense. You don't hear the airport at all despite it being 5 minutes away.

There are definitely some things to work on hence only scoring 8/10. The toilet seat was broken, the shower leaked, on one day the breakfast was a little slow, and we could not shower on our final day due to temporamental hot water. So although this hotel massively exceeded our expectations in most regards, and we would return and recommend, it also missed the mark on some of the basics. The balcony looks onto someone's garden.

Very friendly and lovely hosts and staff. Such a nice people and extremely helpful and service oriented. Got some really great tips for activities and restaurants around. We were able to check in much earlier than planned to be able to refresh before exploring outside again. Hotel and the rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Choice of different pillow types in the room was a nice touch. Modern and comfy atmosphere. Large warm water pool. Many options for breakfast, and quick laundry service. We will definitely come back here when in the area again.

Only improvement would be the power circuits, the room electric power sockets didn’t have power and after being turned on I think the fuse switched off again. Possible to many appliances per group.

Absolut stylisches Hotel! Die Zimmer sind nach Sternenbildern benannt. Alles sehr stimmig vom Design. Großes Badezimmer mit Wanne und Dusche. Beheizter Pool, der aber leider abgedeckt war. Tolles Frühstück a la carte. Nah am Airport. Man hört nichts davon. Sicherer Parkplatz.

Kevin, his family and the entire team at Nova couldn't have been more welcoming. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening watching the Rugby world cup final with everyone - thanks again..!

Dit hotel overtrof al onze verwachtingen. We werden opgehaald bij het vliegveld door de eigenaren. Het klikte meteen. Wat een inspirerend, gastvrij en humoristisch stel. Alles in het hotel is heel doordacht en stijlvol. We werden super goed verzorgd door Justus en de rest van het team en aten er het beste ontbijt dat we in tijden hebben gegeten. Wij vonden het jammer dat we maar voor één nacht hadden geboekt, want we wilden eigenlijk nog niet weg. Kortom, absolute aanrader!

Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und freundlich. Auch das Design die Ruhe und Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen...

A few small things to improve a great place: more bins in the room (Toilette + a towel to dry hands), thicker curtains to separate room and hallway, some pictures to decorate the room.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel clearly loved by it's owners. Our rooms were lovely. Big, tastefully decorated with clean well appointed bathrooms. The rooms were supplied with coffee, tea and a fridge. Although there is not a dinner restaurant on site we were given plenty of recommendations as to where to eat and all were fantastic. They were happy to arrange a taxi for us as it is just outside the centre. It is very close to the airport but we never heard any planes. The breakfast room and food were superb with a huge choice. We also made use of the spa with a relaxing massage. Would definitely choose to stay again.

The bar area was not particularly welcoming. This may however be more due to the hotel being quiet so may have more atmosphere when busier.

Wonderful PROPERTY wonderful staff great facilities, and very central! The team a very responsive and helpful, the rooms are incredibly clean well furnished and stylish and the breakfast is perfect!

What a beautiful gem. Beautiful family suites, perfect for the kids, they were super comfy. The presidential suite was absolutely breathtaking and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The breakfasts were absolutely delirious, by far one of the best we have had anywhere in South Africa. We will be back!!!
