Номер большой, просторный,довольно новый и чистый, вид на море и на главную улицу, как и на главный ориентир «лотос» персонал прекрасный, расположение чудесное.

Everything. Were do I start. Very professional team for Vietnam and cant thank the staff enough. Soon as we arrived me and my girlfriend the baggage porters came and collected are bags straight as taxi arrived at the hotel. The door man opened the door and we was greeted by smiling faces. The front dest staff are so respectable and professional and we was offered complementary drinks on arrival. We left are passports with reception till check out and they took are bags to room and made sure are room was good enough for us. At first I was a bit dissapoint the the king junior suite because I wanted I full see view but that's me being fussy and wanting the best but for what we paid. The view was ok enough with small balcony. The bed are the best beds I've stayed in and I've been traveling 5 months in hotels and condos all over asia and this is my first time in Vietnam. After a long day out I coukdnt wait to get back to the hotel for a bath and get the dressing gown and slippers on waterworks and watch the bright lights and fire works get set of at 7n50 to 8pm roughly from vinpearl land. For the price over 24th to 26th December we got a bargain and everything was better than expected. Unfortunately for us my partner lost her fone in the taxi with grab app but luckily I managed to get it back through the greatful help of the gentleman on the front desk who contacted grab with the information I had on my fone and rang them and her fone number for a 30mins mins and 5 hours later the driver returned sre fine and that was xmas day. Honestly the staff in every department can not do enough for you and I hope people show the same respect to them as they have for us. Thank you for a excellent Christmas and hope your hotel runs a successful bussiness. Credit were credit is due. Thank you and all the best for the future so friendly.

Staff was kind. Rooms are clean.

The language barrier has been a problem in some cases, had some tech issues, so wasn't able to pay by card.

Every things so good. I like location, staff very friendly and helpful.
