I was very pleased with my stay at Nuiya Hoteles. I was especially impressed by the wholehearted welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone always had smiles and were very professional and attentive. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, utilizing the outdoor gym, and the coworking space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and large shower heads and water pressure were a highlight. Thank you to everyone at Nuiya!

Awesome location at the foot of everything but far enough away for peaceful quiet nights.

No negatives. Everything was great.

The facilities, staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a bit small however more than adequate for a couple. The pool was clean and well maintained.

Highly recommend. 100% would stay again. The staff and owner will do everything they can to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. So friendly and helpful! The WiFi is excellent. I worked from here for two weeks and had no issues. Zoom and all. It’s strong (100mbps) and reliable. Great location too. The north side of town in quieter and has good food options, and it’s just as close to the beach. 5 minute walk from central part of town. The parking lot is also helpful if you plan to rent a car. Street parking isn’t as easy to come by during high season.

Excellent facility and hospitable genuine owners and staff. Excellent opportunity to meet other guests while also retaining large private outdoor space.

I should have stayed longer

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We got put into a new unit which was pretty small but then managed to change to a bigger room which was much better! We also really enjoyed the pool area and extra space to work / relax. The location was good too.

WiFi was a struggle for most of our stay. And our clothes would get a little damp in the room - possibly due to bad insulation? We understand we stayed during the New Years period but found the hotel still to be pretty overpriced in comparison to everywhere else we stayed in Mexico.

Perfect for couples, solo travelers and families. - Very clean rooms & daily cleaning was great. - Pool was great and pool towels are provided. - Nice quiet part of town located near good local restaurants, cafes and very close to the beach. - Staff were so friendly and kind. Felt very welcomed and at home. - Hotel was very well decorated. - Lots of plug sockets and lamps in room. - Shower pressure was good Best place we have stayed in 7 months of travelling!

I loved the modern design of the property and it was a perfect walk from the center of Sayulita. It was quiet at night which was important for me. The room and bed were very comfortable and the other guests were great. If you’re looking for a chill place to stay, this is the spot. The staff were all friendly and welcoming from the manager to the owner who was visiting. I always felt welcome and I’m looking at coming back again soon.

owners were fabulous, the staff was amazing, house keepers even hung all my clothes and folded my laundry the first day , and every day . the staff went out of the way to make sure I had everything I needed . I can’t wait to bring my family back to meet the friends I’ve made staying here . it was minutes ti beach , bars , markets . bed was super comfy, and bathroom/ shower was great 100% recommended

Amazing place to stay at with a pool and very good wifi. I needed to work during my stay and didn't have any issues with the internet. Also, everybody that works there are super kind and friendly they will make you feel at home. The beach, restaurants and bus station are all near by. The rooms are also equip with A/C for warmer days. We stayed 2 weeks there and were very happy about our experience.

location was perfect, far enough from the center to have quiet evenings and mornings and literally right next to a perfect bus connection.

There was little privacy within each room but the facilities were great otherwise

Wonderful service, the couple managing the place are really sweet. I was offered a ride to the Covid testing hospital nearby. The pool is nice, but small.

All the rooms are in shipping containers that look on to a courtyard / pool so you don't have privacy from your neighbor's terrace. There's no other real place to hang out except the kitchen. The room is very small, noise travels, I could hear the couple next to me showering and talking. Beds are too hard.
