We arrived earlier and were allowed to check in for free much earlier than expected. The staff was very friendly and willing to help.
The location was perfect as well :)
There were 4 small water bottles in the fridge, where we actually thought they were for free as there was no sign saying you have to pay.
When we checked out we were asked to pay 1€ per bottle. This was a bit unpleasant as I would expect a sign somewhere saying that it is not complimentary.
Also, the apartment is a little bit wet, which is not a big problem, just the AC needs to run to dehumidify.

The B&B was a present for my parents. They couldn’t be happier. They liked the location, the room, very spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and discreet.
My parents just think that the breakfast is a bit expensive but overall they are very pleased.

Well located for the town. Private car park a bonus. Be aware that cases must be carried into the town. That is for all hotels - but it’s worth it.

The suite was one of the biggest I ever seen. Very clean. The staff was very gentle and prepared.

Quaint clean hotel in a small hilltop town, Sirolo, which overlooks Monte Conero, the main site of the national park on the Adriatic coast.The town is adorable with plenty of restaurants and small shops. Lovely location!
The location is lovely, but because of this it is a bit tricky to find. The cute neighborhood is pedestrian only behind a piazza with a theater. There is fenced in parking lot about 1/2 km away, but driving there to park means driving around the perimeter of the old Town. We had a bit of a communication gap due to not speaking italian. Otherwise we loved it!! The best things are hidden gems.

The B&& is located in the old town pedestrian zone, but free parking - exclusively for gusts - is offered at a locked place about 5 min from the B&B.

Left before breakfast was served, as had to catch plane. The suite is spacious, if a little dark, the bathrooms are good.
Felt for the money paid there should be more staff coverage, and the walk to the car park is excessive.

Breakfast good, fresh patisserie every day, fresh fruit and choice of 2-3 cold ham, cheese,yoghurt 2-3 cereals.
In small street reached only by foot in historic centre Sirolo so close to restaurants, bars and shops but also very quiet.Beautiful frescoes in room Louis XVI suite. Caretaker Anna extremely friendly and very willing to help, offer advice etc.
Car left in private car park 5 minute walk from hotel therefore best not to have too much luggage! Would have been nice to have small sitting room for guests to sit in but restricted space leaving only small breakfast room as communal room.
