Amazing location and great staff; both Costa & Stan were very helpful in ensuring a smooth check-in experience and advising on the amazing destination spots in Santorini. Room location was good as it was less than 10 minutes walk to the central bus station. Would recommend this place anyone as it was just right for me.

The location was fantastic

The wifi did not work at all in the room. We were told the pool would be working day after check in. It didn’t work for our stay. The shower didn’t have a proper drainage. The soaps in the washroom never got refilled our bathroom door didn’t close properly and the bathroom door also had mold on it.

This property value for money is very good. Amazing service and catered to every need. 100% definitely recommend and will be back next time I come visit.

The frontend staff were nice but only superficially so and when we had problems they were of no actual help. Overall, I had a very negative experience at Kykladonisia Traditional Settlement. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at Kykladonisia Traditional Settlement for two nights, and I was very disappointed with my experience. The room was supposed to have a pool view, but the windows could not be opened without feeling like those swimming or sitting by the pool were invading our privacy. The room also did not look like the pictures on the website. The lighting was poor, and the decorations were sparse. The air conditioning unit was very loud and disturbing, and it did not even reach the second floor of the room. The WiFi did not work in the room, and because of how heavily steeled the windows and door were, there was not even regular service. I voiced my complaint to the staff in the lobby, who promised to get me an answer from management. However, I never heard back from them. I was particularly disappointed that the staff did not seem to take my complaint seriously. I felt like they were not interested in resolving the issues I had with my room. This made me feel like I was not valued as a customer. For the price of this hotel, I expected a much better experience. The room was overpriced, and the service was poor. I would not recommend Kykladonisia Traditional Settlement to anyone.

Front desk staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They sat us down with a map and recommended activities and restaurants. Very helpful if you've never visited Santorini before! The location is nice and close to the main square in Fira and also the bus station.

I booked a Novel Double Room and was given a shoebox. The room was so tiny, we could hardly move around in it - the bed was pushed up against the wall and had a desk at the foot end - not suitable as a "double room". I figured i had misjudged the online photos. There was no shower door (on the second day i asked about this - apparently broken and a new one ordered) so showering was difficult without flooding the whole bathroom. The room smells of mould/ drain - I put this down to just being Santorini so didn't say anything but I do not believe this is normal. On our 3rd day I asked reception about room sizes. They admitted we were given a small room and knew we would struggle with it, and that they do have bigger rooms available but it's luck of the draw and they were full so unable to have given us a different room. The following day i saw another equavalent room being cleaned - it was huge compared to ours! I had had enough and asked for a partial refund as this was not fair given we had paid for the best room on offer for 2 people. It was declined as they said I should've complained earlier. Not sure why the onus is on the customer to have to complain and make for a very awkward and uncomfortable stay with the staff, instead of actually providing your guests with what they paid for. I do not do well with confrontation and for this we were taken advantage of. We read some reviews on Trip Advisor stating that if you complained you were threatened with eviction with no refund - I was not willing to take this risk early in our stay!

It was close distance to everything we needed in Thira, facilities were beautiful. Stan helped out a lot by assisting us with a late check in, airport transfers and suggestions.

Pleasant and helpful staff, room cleaned well. Work continues on the property, converting other parts into rooms (the work isn't intrusive) but it's generally very nice. Swimming pool looked good but the weather wasn't really up to that. Good news is that it's in a quiet location away from traffic and people.

The less good news is that it's located down a long, fairly steep walkway with 30+ steps. If you have any fitness issues it's likely to be a trial. If you have mobility problems it's a no-no. Fridge provided but noisy when working - some water provided on arrival would have been nice. Wifi a bit variable.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean. The rooftop terraces were my favorite, offering a gorgeous view. The hotel is very close to town, and just a five minute walk to the caldera views, yet tucked back from the road to where it is not too loud at night.

The bed was ok, it wasn’t the most comfortable, but not terrible either. We stayed 5 days and managed fine. The room itself is a cave, and at first seemed a little damp. This was easy to fix by leaving the windows open and having the door propped open for a short time.

the room was clean. the shower was very good. the property owner was very friendly, and showed us the most worth going places. room service was very good. the room space was small but was comparable with the price.

the wifi was almost not working. cellular data was also terrible because of the room location and the poor cellular base station construction all over the island. mosquitos were everywhere. the bathroom window did not have a mosquito net but we needed ventilation after use.

Staff, location, room lighting and ambiance all good.

Sheets had a few small, dark marks/stains. Not dirty, just marks.
