PERSONNEL : parfait

Une petite remarque par rapport au débarra au niveau du sous-sol - garage, qui laisse mauvaise impression;
Je suggère un remaniement et classement de tout désordre pour refléter une bonne image depuis l'entrée jusqu'au check-out

Property os very good and best location for us as there are many close by cafes and restaurants and its family friendly. At Check in time very friendly female staff didnt see her name as no name tag as well concierge service is perfect
No international breakfast only europe and Mediterranean, to order at RS takes forever to come at Checkout there was an old gentleman no response at all will give it 0 checkout experience, room clean but still not 100% clean

Generally comfortable with friendly staff with a bar and restaurant
The room was a little tired - the bath had been painted over and flaked off whilst I had a bath.
The bar at the pool was not operational despite being told so.

the location was excellent
doesn’t really look like a 5 stars hotel

Spacious comfortable modern room with good quality linen.
The Spa was closed for Ramadan. I I especially booked the hotel for its spa. that simply isn’t good enough for an international hotel in the biggest city in Morocco.

Lovely rooftop pool. Great service and extremely caring and friendly staff (from the concierge, to housekeeping, staff at breakfast, to room service to reception). Everyone was so kind and helpful. They made the experience that much better even though it was Ramadan. We thoroughly enjoyed our restful stay here. All the locations we could visit were within a short distance of the hotel, which was perfect.
There was nothing i didn't like. I liked everything. Just a few comments. It was a shame the spa massage was closed due to Ramadan. We didn't realise. However, we totally respect and understand the reasons for this. Would be great to have more of a variety on the meal options for room service and breakfast. A map of recommendations of places to visit within the area would have made the experience even better

The fact that this was a Riad was the attraction. It has a lot of potential but was really very basic and not very clean
Not clean. Everything looked very tired and worn

The hotel is a very nice place - pretty typical good hotel. The staff - they were A+. They really cared about what they did - and they could not have been more friendly and good-humored. Having the Italian Ille coffee shop (indoor and outdoor space) attached to the lobby - brilliant and great staff and coffee. Room service - it gets an “A”. excellent food - great variety of things - don’t be afraid of it. it’s great.
I had 2 rooms. The first room (606) was big. living room. foyer. king sized bed - that was not comfortable. I slept on the big couch. The bathroom was good. Double sink and a shower/bathtub- The room was drab. Spacious but was dated with dark furniture and built in closets. lots of windows though. I moved to another room down the hall - WOW- that was so much better. smaller room. COMFORTABLE bed. windows. modern cabinetry. Both rooms had “smart TV’s” that really didn’t allow for screen mirroring. One irritation / they have maid service - that doesn’t replenish the coffee /tea / water. There’s a separate man who brings that around. it’s ANNOYING as can be. why am I interrupted twice a day? let me maid do the water and coffee??? Also, don’t drink the tap water anywhere in Casablanca- it’s not the purest and you could get sick.

Beautiful place to stay, beautiful room, everything is great. The room is so spacious and lovely, bed is huge, and I could see the sea from my room. It's a 5 star hotel as if you book at the Hilton or 4 seasons. Several restaurants on-site as well as a spa, and excellent complimentary breakfast. Staff were wonderful and I was happy in this area of town. Many nice restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area and within walking distance of Hassan II mosque if you don't mind to have a bit of exercise. Excellent choice of place to stay. You absolutely get what you pay for.
