Rock hard mattresses - extremely uncomfortable Pool not inviting - cloudy water

Cheap and good food, pool was also good

Shower no warm water,

We found water on the floor at arrival, it was coming from the refrigerator. The reception is always empty so not easy to find somebody if you have any query, at the end we had the problem fixed after asking three times.

Pool area, Fish tavern is very great.

As we arrived we were not leaded to the room, just given the key and received poor instructions how to get there, it took as while to find the room and there was a confusion of parking place where we could park. The room itself was ok, however, there was dust everywhere, it seems that nobody came in for loooong time, you could see the dust on the floor, bath, you coudl basicaly draw with your finger on the furniture, if you hit on the sofa the dust was al coming up, basically nobody checked the room before gave us the key. Black spots falling from air-condition all over the bed while sleeping, at first I though those were bugs or something, but seems, just dirty air-condition, but all our blankets got black from those, all over our bed. Balcony is larger than the room itself, huge but no shadow, we could not even drink morning coffee there sun is blinding you and it is too hot. Private party next to the pool ' it was very unconformable and noisy trying to enjoy the poll while you are kind of in the middle of private party with the people wearing suits.

The complex was well located for walking to beach with children and places to eat

The location was good, the staff was friendly, linens were clean with plenty of towels, quiet, beautiful pool for adults and kids, nice grass outside, close to all facilities including beautiful beaches.

The front door was not opening easily, doors were not closing in the rooms, generally the place needs renovation to be very good, would be nice if the place would have more cooking pans and glasses and cups according to the number of guests. Water was not running easily, no pressure, needed to open one more tap to have constantly running water.

it was cheap

i went of season but it was disappointing anyway. it didnt have a reception to give us a room and just got a key from the cleaning lady, not a person to ask for breakfast so went to supermarket,the hotel and the room was old rusty and low quality. i didnt even want to take a shower there

Everything was perfect and also I had a late check out for free.....Thanks a lot

Breakfast was good

No room service (didn't change the bedsheets), no garden view as per room description (road view instead), no double bed as per description (two single beds) and cockroaches in the room - this is disgusting!

All good

You don't cut the grass 7 o'clock on Sunday morning
