Has a nice courtyard. Comfortable enough for our walk. Breakfast good to start our walk.
The gheko on the ceiling all night prevented decent sleep as it was not a paying guest.

Clean and tidy … good facilities … comfortable bed and good shower. Room had a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. Decent breakfast for an additional charge.
Staff seemed indifferent to us … not rude, just disinterested. The place lacked any character, charm or soul. It was like a budget hotel … clean, but uninteresting. Location was not especially convenient to the center of town. We’ve stayed in worse places. This was unremarkable. It’s an okay place to stay in a pinch, but next time I would choose someplace else.

Lovely room with clean crisp sheets. Quiet... away from busy highway that cuts through this town. Our room had a lovely patio with two chairs. Nice breakfast.

The beautiful lady at reception was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to help us. Many many thanks we really appreciate all of her efforts 👌 She was a true angel 😇.

Walking on Via Francigena. Staff tried to be helpful by phoning the men who were noisy and dropping my items with me which I had left in the fridge.
Booked a room in the hotel, but I was given an apartment. Was woken up with lots of noise. A group of guys, enjoying themselves next door. They were doing nothing wrong, but the walls are so thin could not relax, even with earplugs. The staff did ask them to be quiet but that made them knock on my walls which I found intimidating. I didn't feel safe. The hotel was full so they couldn't move me.
