The staff is very professional.

The toilet wall is build was made of glass, which could be an inconvenience if you stay with your colleague.

Clean hotel, clean room, good location. Within Walking distance from many touristy places in old town, not much noise even in the street side rooms.

1. Booked Cameron highland day tour via hotel. Our assigned driver was Raja/Rajendaran. Had horrible experience. He responded very aggressively even for any simple request. Then his car broke down just after visiting first spot. We wasted 1.5hrs of peak time, stranded at the same spot. As we asked for alternate option or a reduced rate because we wasted 1.5hrs and the driver also cancelled one more spot from the pre-agreed plan, he kept yelling at the top of his voice saying " Go get lost! Go back on your own, what can I do if car breaks down". What a terrible attitude. Finally, although we booked a comfortable ac car we had to come back in an old, NonAC TAXI all the way from cameron to Ipoh! It's not entirely hotel's fault but the hotel should not assign such driver with terrible behavior. Atleast not after reading this experience of us. Anyone going for French hotel, you can be assured that the hotel is good but be extra alert that you are not being assigned to Raja for any transport option.

Quiet, nice staff. Elevator. Restaurants within 4-8 minutes walk. Supermarket a block away.

Wifi kept cutting out on me throughout the two days. Only one chair in a room for two.

The room was a good size with a very big comfortable bed. The cleanliness was excellent. I appreciated the all night guard on the front door who was a very welcoming and a pleasant fellow. The price for the standard of accommodation was excellent.

The area is not so good.

The hotel is clean but i did find one KFC crumb on the floor. Toilet is clean but the fan wasn't working. Bed is comfy but the pillow is a bit thick and lumpy. Staffs are friendly, the room is what we expected.

Parking is provided but its on an empty land which can get a bit dark at night with a lamp or two. Could be better lit, i have the concern of safety parking a night and leaving my car there at night. Nothing did happened but wish it was better lit at that area.

Lovely size room with a huge bed.

There was a Sunday market from 6am playing loud music and our window faced the market so was very loud. Due to this we was awake from 6am, not the hotels fault though. We had breakfast on our last morning at the hotel and even though there were signs everywhere to say they prefer card payment we had to pay cash but the hotel took 100 off us as a damage deposit and that’s all the cash we had. So we had to check out to be able to get our money back to pay for breakfast.
