The welcome from the host was perfect a great way to start the visit. They continued to do everything asked and more throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and the whole hotel very clean and tidy.
Nothing to dislike, it was a lovely stay

Wonderful service, above and beyond. They even got up extra early on a weekend to cook me a cooked breakfast which was delicious.

Really well presented , the new owners Jamie and Gary have made some very nice upgrades and make your stay extremely enjoyable, the rooms are clean and have everything you need, the breakfast menu is very good as well.

Friendly welcome. Clean. Comfortable room and bed. Good heating particularly as it was cold weather. All facilities worked well. Gary and Jamie our hosts, provided their dinning room facilities, including fruit juice, for our takeaway Indian meal. We could not ask for more.

classic family hotel, really warm, worth the price
nice lady, I didnot have time to try the breakfast, but I think that would be fine

set back from main drag, quiet and good breakfast
shower located in corner of room and not in bathroom isn’t the best, this made room smaller, for the cost of the room, I’d expect a larger room

Brilliant location, Trudy and David perfect hosts, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the area, gave us great ideas of where to visit, places to eat out. I can honestly say one of, if not the best full English breakfast we have had, thank you both, brilliant break, just what we needed.
Nothimg really, only wish we had a king bed, as this is what we are use too, but no dislikes.
