The staff is very courteous. It is apparent that customer service is important. Food buffet is good and also ordering from the menu is good.

I think having a regular pot of coffee self serve will be better for the gusts and will allow the staff to do other things. Guests don't mind making their own coffee instead of waiting for the machine.

Close to the beach and city attractions. Beds are clean, food was great, staffs were nice

The breakfast is quite good. The hotel provides various types of food for breakfast. In terms of taste, the food is quite good. The dining room is spacious and not full of people so that physical distancing is guaranteed during this pandemic.

Tissue is not available in the bedroom, only in the bathroom. The shower hose needs to be fixed. Toilet paper is placed on the wrong wall. I do not appreciate that the hotel does not provide bottled mineral water, but offers refillable jug of water, as we are not sure about the sanity of the water.
