The service at the buffet breakfast. Staffs were not very attentive to our requests except one female staff.

I went for a leisurely trip and I must say that it’s one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. the staff, esp. Ms. Nisha from the front desk was extremely delightful. She came with different ideas to cheer up my little daughter as she is lil difficult with new faces. Mr. Hari and Mr. Vasanth from the restaurant was so accommodating and helpful. My daughter is little reluctant for outside food and they made it so homely for her. she was ecstatic and so thankful. I’m so delighted and glad that I chose this place for my stay. A big thanks to all the people of Accord Puducherry who made my family’s stay a memorable one. Thanks 🙏👍👍👍

Everything about this hotels falls in Good + category. Negative - Need proper maintenance of each room. Damaged items in the room to be immediately replaced.

rooms are good /neat the house keeping always forget to keep the required numbers of coffee powder and milk packets in the room --very poor management

in the early morning at 6 am some contractors were piling up lot of iron roods just behind the rooms and it affects our privacy as well as we would not sleep due to huge sounds --poor planning by the management

Breakfast options were good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Senthil. Room service and house keeping staff were very prompt. Room was clean and our request for twin beds was considered by the hotel. Overall very good experience.

Bathroom door and hand shower was not working but was fixed quickly by the staff when called. Getting in and out of the hotel can be time consuming considering the traffic right outside the busy junction where hotel is situated.

Located right in the middle of everything - which is very good from connectivity point of view. Facilities, decor, space and the rooms are simply awesome. The staff are outstanding in their customer centricity and eagerness to provide personalized service. The reception staff Renuka even came up to our room twice to check in my wife, who was sick.

Please do not take any of the rooms that are facing the road, unless your intent of the stay is to count vehicles on the road. It's super noisy and feels like sleeping on the road side. But the other side, pool facing are equally quiet and lovely. The wifi isn't great but just about makes the cut to work from the room. I had to be on video calls the whole day and a few times the network kept dropping. Definitely an area to improve, to match the overall grandeur the place otherwise has across all aspects.

Food was great, a massive selection both indian and English for breakfast. Clean rooms with all facilities you need. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially the lady running the restaurant.

Location was right on a roundabout which was dicing with death if you were on foot.

In the breakfast they should include more continental food, bakery wasn't good. Service slowly. They clean our room at 6 pm.
