The support of all the staff. They were all very nice and help me with my additional requests. I didn't have any problems during my stay there.
The bathroom facility may be a little bit bigger, a bit more space could be nice.

It was too loud due to traffic and the windows did not protect from it

They helped me when I made a mistake in booking my lodging dates. Very clean, nice room and delicious breakfast !!! My husband and I were very happy.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and the room itself except that the closet has comforter stucked in it and not really sure if it's clean or not. The closet needs some cleaning. The breakfast is good to start your day. They also offered cash bonus that you can redeem on a limited date only few days after you check OUT (which I failed to redeem). I hope this cash bonus can be converted or discounted everytime a guest checks in using the Ayenda group of hotels. 😊
The parking space is too small that has no sufficient space to move IN and Out from the parking area. It can only accommodate four cars which is not enough for guests.
