Enough pools for the whole of Kos

Can't really fault this hotel and its staff. It was beautiful from the moment you arrived! The room was spotless, beds were comfy, and had everything you needed. There was a great food selection and a good number of drinks to keep you full and happy.
Lots of pools to choose from but we always stayed around the main pool that had entertainment in the mornings and afternoons which kept things fun and exciting. The entertainment team works very hard to do their jobs well for every single guest that stays -- and that they do!! We loved every evening they planned, the music and the fun and games. Shout out to Kelly for being a legend and Jerry for his soft voice and motivating words.
Special mention also to Alexandros who worked at the bar and served us with such attention and care. We always knew we'd be looked after and always looked forward to being served by him. He really deserves to be promoted to Manager as he'd be a brilliant one and a real asset to the company.
All in all, a fab stay that ticks all the boxes! Thanks to all the staff.
If I was to pull anything up it would be that the hotel felt a little understaffed which meant you had to wait a while for a drink during meal times and in the evenings. No fault of the staff as they were all working hard and so lovely! Management should really look to invest in more people and no doubt that would really help those who are working tirelessly to do their jobs well.

The room and pool were beautiful
the stuff were very friendly and welcoming. all the facilities were spotless clean. breakfast and dinner were excellent.. I skipped lunch usually... over all a beautiful and welcoming hotel
The only thing I can think of is the hotel not near the beach and you need to take the bus

The Brunello Restaurant was not a la carte as advertised. Sometimes the information in the Exclusivi App appeared inaccurate, i.e. duration of events or for example, missing data, i.e. location of events.

Gorgeous modern hotel, all the facilities you could need, so many pool areas each with their own pool bar. There were family pool areas and then there were adult only pool areas too. The entertainment was fantastic both during the day by the pool and at night. Location was perfect, right in the centre of Tigaki and only a 5 minute walk to all the shops and the gorgeous beach. Huge super market right across the road too was very handy. Staff we’re all so lovely. Rooms very comfortable.

most of the staff are not friendly and look like they dislike their job.

Very modern & clean. Rooms were spacious enough for the weeks stay. Would definitely recommend the swim up room, these were beautiful & a must in our opinion! It was excellent value for money for a weeks stay to relax!
Food is basic in the general all inclusive, however the two al a carte restaurants are excellent which made up for this, where you can book once each per week. Not all drinks are all inclusive either but this didn’t affect our stay!

Cleanliness of resort, facilities to use, friendly staff, everything was easy to sort,
We booked two haircuts and turned up at the appt time and were informed there had been a stuff up in the booking this was frustrating as we wasted a day at hotel waiting for hair appt to start, this was however a minor annoyance

beautiful hotel in a great location. everything was spotless and staff/service was amazing. never any problems getting sunbeds and especially loved the daily visits from the beautiful cats/kittens!

Swim-up pool facing room was good, if a just a little small (as was the bathroom), but still very good. Food was very good. Grounds well kept and everything very clean. Staff excellent - always very attentive. Great service. Great activities. Close enough to the beach (would not want to be further). Great that it has its own area at the beach. Glad it is Greek-owned. Very good hotel and I would stay there again if I return to Kos.
Nothing that I didn't like. If anything, the bathrooms could be slightly larger (you cannot reach the toilet from inside the bathroom unless you close the door and walk around it. But they're very clean and modern and are fine.

Hotel is lovely, we had two superior rooms which were large, clean and well designed. Bed comfortable. Would’ve liked individual soap and shower gel rather than via dispensers but not a big issue.
Food was decent enough, although would’ve become repetitive (we were only there for a few days so it was fine, but as there aren’t many food options available, ie access to the two a la cartes is restricted, it may have become a struggle). Buffet is pretty good, although we did prefer sitting outside as it was a little ‘canteen-like’ inside.
Tennis court, paddle court and table tennis all good. Ents team worked hard through the day and evening. Manos (guest relations manager) exceptional and a real credit to the hotel. Would’ve liked a stocked mini bar and pool service but hotel is great value and we’d return .

The daytime poolside entertainment was excellent and we found that our needs were always met with great service and assistance. The food choices offered something new everyday and the staff always made sure that our needs were catered for. Vaggellis (restaurant manager) was very helpful to assist us with allergens and made sure that we had something amazing to eat every day. The beds were comfy and the room was always clean and you could always find free sun beds beside the pools. The air con was also really good despite it being in the low 30°’s while we were on holiday. There was also a really good range of cocktails and alcoholic beverages included.
The hotel arranged a taxi transfer to the airport for €45 however when booking it ourselves it ended up being €32

I’m usually very picky with hotels but in Utopia Blu there is nothing to claim about! the hotel is spectacular.
-clean room and common areas, usually I have troubles in using shared bathrooms but in this hotels everything was very clean. i also cannot touch bare feet pool areas but in utopia I had no issue since the floors and pools were always very clean.
- the hotel has a beautiful and modern design which gives a great atmosphere and nice holiday feeling. quality and cleanliness is visible here.
- helpful and very very friendly staff which is ready to fulfil every wish. very very quick in servicing the guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner! actually whenever you need something.
- quiet due to separation of kids and adults areas, perfect for switching off
- offer for sport facilities and animation
- unfortunately we did not use the spa facilities:(
- many pools so that it is never overcrowded at one pool,
- there are pool bars close to the pools so
that you are always good supplied.
- good food, there is also 1x ala carte restaurant visit included but we did not use it. guess the food there has better quality. however, we were satisfied with the buffet. I usually don’t find all inclusive buffets tasty but in Utopia Blu I the food is satisfying.
- the snack bar is shorty after breakfast opening and closing shortly before dinner. you cannot starve.
- the choose of food is huge (every day)
- there is a small market in the hotel but also a huge one in front of the hotel. in front of the hotel there is also a public bus going to Kos town
- the hotel has a daily beach transfer but we never went since the hotel is amazing!

visually very nice great layout and always clean
the all inclusive offerings and service are not quite there. having to pay €3 for fresh orange juice at breakfast and for ice cream and other drinks that are standard in many all inclusive’s was a negative. fresh water should also be a given rather than having to save bottles and refill at bars that are closed when you probably most need it.
staff were polite but didn’t look happy or welcoming on several occasions. other than the barman who was delighted to actually make a cocktail from scratch (that we paid for) rather than pouring out of a carton.
needs to decide if it’s all inclusive or half board to be honest.
don’t go for a swim up room, they are very very small. standard rooms are bigger
