Lovely quaint posada with a gracious host. The posada is immaculately kept. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Would certainly stay here again!

Excelent location! Beautiful interior and all necessary accessories changed everyday! Excelent service! Rooms impecable every day, so a kind and warm thank you to the Lady administering that who is a real lady!
She was there for us anytime, kind and so tender and gracios, as we finally felt at home!

it was a typical historic house. very comfortable and tasteful. I asked for a kettle in the room to make tea and the manager provided this. manager not on the property at all times. it was easy to come and go.

Location in a historical building in the center, very good restaurant just on the opposite side of the street, municipal parking at 2 minutes walk, very nice and welcoming owner.
The room was very small. No air condition.

Excellent location, in the center of Santillana del Mar, nice walk (~45 min) to Museum Altamira and 20 min from a very nice Zoo
We visited in November so it was getting chill at night, but there are several blankets available and a heater

Location was great and the lady who welcomed us and checked us in was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome.
The single beds were very uncomfortable. I had to turn the mattress and put a thick blanket under the mattress protector and sheet to make it vaguely comfortable. Unfortunately I did not sleep well.

We were met by the ladyowner who spoke a little English. The former convent was located in the old town a few minutes from the car park (4€ all day) so perfect for visiting Santillana. No breakfast served but several cafes a few steps away so no problem. Exceptionally clean pension Great value and would stay there again.

Lovely old fashioned Spanish hotel with care and charm. Very hospitable hosts. Lots of extra touches. Close to the parking lot. Quiet.
