Close to pelosa
Staff did not speak English and instructions from reception staff were inadequate
Room had ants and staff did not do anything about it
Breakfast was not good … very poor quality

I am not a fan of the rechargeable card system to pay in the hotel.

Nice teracce in front of the spacious room, lot of trees around houses, close to La Pelosa beach (in walking distance).

A special thank you to Aurora to help us and been very friendly. Nice place to chill next to La Pelosa. You have your own place on this hotel.

The room, free parking and beach
You don’t have access to activities in hotel, also in booking when you do the reservation there’s not option to reserve it then when you arrive at hotel is complicated say to your children’s that they can’t enjoy for example a musical Show . And the access to the beach is 20€

It is an old resort, a little bit refurbished, but totally out of date. Otherwise, it is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful, although a few speak English. The breakfast is average. My family stayed one night and the staff was very generous to wait with the key at midnight, as the reception closes half an hour before.
It is out of date. We had the feeling of a time leap.

We didn’t know that since 1st July there are reservations to the La Pelosa beach. It would be nice if hotel staff mentioned it to foreign guests.

Nice, clean place in walkable distance from La Pelosa. Well planned and managed village.
Wi-Fi didn't work and some sunlight and fresh air from a window would be appreciated but general experience was good.
