It was well located, walking distance from the train station. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. There were electrical outlets in all the right places. Breakfast was good, but not great.
The room was exceptionally small and had no space to put things down.

Was clean and close to get to all historical sites restaurants was close by also great staff
Air conditioning doesn’t work and even when we got a change of rooms we had the same problem the towels was rough

the reception is good really nice staff
they tried to take 80€ after we check out , I try many times to email them or get in touch with someone to know the reason ,but no one answered, after a time they answered saying that some one smoked in the room cuz the alarm was detect , (which is not true ) the smoke alarm was covered by a black plastic bag that looks really bad In our room and we are no smokers

the guy in the reception when we came was very polite and nice
they have problem with their parking
we had to change 3 times until we got a room with air conditioning that worked

Bathroom was super small and the shower did not have a door so everything got wet very fast

most things were okay except below :
breakfast had not that many choices.
the shower though brand-new wasn't correctly installed, it was overflowing on the floor.
the floor of the room wasn't of the expected quality for a brand new hotel.

The staff were kind and did what they could to help me. They arranged a refund when they could not find me a room.
The bathroom was unusable in the first room I was given. The staff tried to give me a second room, but it was already occupied. The third room was a corner with 4 windows and no shades or curtains. Finally, I had to leave the hotel and find another place to stay. It is not close to the TGV station on foot.
