The size of the house was very comfortable. The location of the house was excellent. We are very familiar with the area and this house was close to everything. The house had everything that we needed. We will definitely rent again!
We enjoyed everything! I read the reviews and there were a few about no grill. And I am assuming that the owners read it and got a grill, which was nice to grill burgers on!

Large, quiet property.
Very comfortable space for 6 adult guests.
2 full bathrooms.
Washer & dryer, dishwasher.
Kitchen and eating area adequate size for 6.
Current rug in main bathroom hazardous. Needs to be replaced with non slip one.
Living room a decent size, but not set up to seat 6 adults comfortably.
Restaurants, grocery stores not walkable.

Really liked the location by the river. House was clean. It was a quiet area to relax. We were three adults and each had her own bedroom.
Liked the price per night that was advertised but didn't know the cleaning fee was almost the same price until it is chosen. Two of the bedrooms could use some updating.

We did have some issues with overriding the automatic temperature settings on the HVAC system. We had two chilly mornings where the inside temperature fell to 62 degrees. The house warmed up quickly.

Loved location awesome place to people watch, found and returned a I phone. Swimming hole right down river easily accessible and easy to get back to our house from swimming hole. People next to us very nice and informative.
