Beautiful get away , property was warm and inviting from as soon as we stepped in the door. Close walk to town , beautiful garden. Highly recommended

Location was great. The cottage was quaint but could do with some work.

Although the cottage looked clean on surfaces and floors, the bin in the kitchen could do with a clean and although we didn’t use it, the exhaust fan over the stove hasn’t been cleaned for quite a while I would say. After coming through Covid, you works think the place would be spotless. The toilet didn’t flush properly a few times and I rang the number given and spoke to Karen who was going to try and get someone to come and have a look at it but it fixed itself, and I did ring back and report that all was ok.

it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. close to town and able to walk to everything

One of the beds had a very soft mattress which a lot of people like but we had to move to another room and a much more comfortable bed

Loved the kitchen, and facilities, renovated bathroom and toiletries, comfy warm lounge and bedroom. It was lovely to have a yard for the dog. It was easy to walk into town to find dinner. I liked the fact I could park in the driveway and shut the gate

The entrance to the driveway is in a bad state due to tree roots, and I scraped the bottom of my low slung car. I found the cracked plaster inside a bit disconcerting

I liked the vibe of the house. The backyard was great for the dog. There were more amenities than anticipated, for example the shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. And the house had pretty much everything you could want - the clothes horse was v. helpful. The location was excellent.

A bit more light over the keybox would have been helpful - even with glasses on it was hard to see the numbers. Also, there was no obvious separation of rubbish - at least a separate bin for recyclable materials would have been good.

Mattress didn't have a protector on it mattress had soiled marks probably old marks could do with decent pillows but we were happy to buy new ones doona had marks and a burnt hole in it built-in wardrobes were dreadful about 4pegs so we bought our own thought maybe lawn could have been mowed under the line overall house needs some love

Super easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed. Good sheets and pillows. Hot water is hot, which is very good. The kitchen was well-equipped. The cottage is spacious.

The cracks in the walls are a bit disconcerting but the place is structurally sound. Some of the furnishings are a bit worn. I had to troubleshoot the wifi as the modem had been turned off but it was simple to fix. The toilet window (very small) has no glass, which will be very cold in winter.

The place needs some major maintenance. It is still comfortable, but depressingly run down.

The photos on the website are definitely not accurate. There are cracks in most of the walls from ceiling to floor and paint pealing off the walls. The ceiling in the laundry was black with mould and the ceilings and walls in the toilet were peeling badly and covered in mould. There are 3 bedrooms but only one with a robe.Half of the robe had cleaning supplies lock in it and the other half was available for hanging clothes with the brooms and vacuum cleaner. There is a smell coming from the floor waste in the bathroom. Unkept backyard. We had to call management and ask for toilet paper and paper towels and a dishcloth. The gas heater in the lounge room would not run on medium and kept turning itself off if we tried to change settings. Called Management and they sent over the supplies. They offered to refund $200.00 but nothing received yet. We did some research, albeit a little late, and found it on another website for almost half the amount we paid. This property needs to renovated .

Location and size of the property. The rooms were able to be heated nicely and the beds were comfortable given the chilly, rainy weather we arrived to on that evening.

Due to arriving at night (9pm) it was difficult to find the actual property as the house number was difficult to find. Once we did a walk around and found the property, the front porch/verandah light didn't work once we were inside, so bringing in our luggage in the dark and rain was tricky from the street. We appreciate that it is pet-friendly accommodation, but some areas of the home needed a good clean.

Summer Bungalow .good gas heating good column heater that gave off just the right level of heat for my invalid husband. Lovely and clean and quiet. Appreciated on site parking. Emma has been exceptional in her customer service and care. She has gone the extra mile over and over again. We cannot thank her enough

It wasn’t cute. It was old and cheaply furnished, Felt like an old student share house. Broken lights, windows, mould in loo, nasty outdoor furniture. Antiquated heater.

Beds were nice. Electric blankets were great would have froze otherwise. Gas heater was adequate in living room. Newish bathroom was nice. Kitchen was fine. Location central. It was clean..except for back toilet area

Great potential but a little too shabby. I don't mind old places but the walls had major cracks. A lick of paint on the skirtings etc wouldn't hurt. Back toilet damp and mould on ceiling. Maybe a hall runner over the old floor boards. Front bedroom needs a wardrobe update. First impression was off-putting.
