This is a lovely comfortable town house with excellent facilities and very clean. The attention to detail throughout the property is very high. The host Leon and his wife are very friendly people. A beautiful place to stay and spend time chilling out.

Fabulous little house in holt.
Space for one vehicle. Everything you need inside.
Very clean, and very friendly owner.
Recommended and would stay again.
The house fronts directly onto a street, you do hear traffic and people outside but it isn't a busy location.
My only feedback would be darker window coverings - the blinds in both bedrooms let in a lot of light, so we were awake early. Those with children I'd suggest a black out cover, unless you want to be awake at dawn.
A shelf or two in the main bedroom would be helpful for getting ready, there's no wear/ very limited - to place hair tools and makeup etc.

Appreciate the thought that went into everything
Our car was too big to manoeuvre into the parking space without a lot of shunting!! Volvo V40 estate rather cumbersome, not your problem 🙂

Absolutely immaculate, and everything one needed was there. We didn't cook as we went to the King's Head for dinner, but the kitchen was fully equipped had we stayed in the beds were very comfortable. I loved how it was decorated

We had a brilliant stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. It was modern, comfortable and well appointed. It was in an excellent location for the centre of Holt and all the shops and eateries. Also easy to access the main route to the coast. The parking space at the rear of the property a little tight to access but easy to get used to. Leon, the owner, met us on arrival and answered any queries. A lovely welcome pack of refreshments. Would recommend.

Lovely modern town house in the centre of Holt. Everything inside felt new and had all we needed (except tea towel). Wi-Fi worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Slept really well with the road being no issue. Holt was a relaxed town and had the best fish and chips (Eric’s). Host was available if we needed anything but not required.

location perfect, ideal for visiting all coastal attractions, Holt is a terrific town with all retail requirements pubs, restaurants and cafes all within the town.

Beautiful house, fully equipped and very comfortable. Lovely location for exploring Norfolk. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs. Host was very welcoming.

What a find! Lucky to have stayed here for one night for work with a colleague.Just off the main street in sleepy Holt close to shops and eateries. Beautifully appointed accommodation with lots of thoughtful details. Super easy check in and contact with the owner who is v close by.I would love to return for a longer stay in future. Thanks

The property was perfectly situated to be close to shops etc. It was luxurious and spotlessly clean. All furnishings and equipment were of the highest quality and very tasteful.

The property was in a great location. It had everything we needed, it was clean, warm and comfortable. Perfect, thank you Leon.
The only negative is parking at the rear, it’s a very narrow entrance off a busy side road and reversing in was the only way, our designated driver and car with assisted parking was a godsend. I would have been very stressed trying to park myself. No reflection on the property but we tried to get a seat and a drink in the Kings Head local but after waiting patiently at the bar 15 minutes and not one staff member acknowledged our existence or offered to serve us, finding a seat to be told sorry you cannot sit there, the area is closed but no alternative seating offered, we decided to leave feeling very unwelcome. The following evening we tried The Snug, Calbrese, Byfords and Feathers all of these were quiet with empty tables, we were told no walk ins and anyway we are fully booked, we went back to the property feeling hungry and very unwelcome by the high street of Holt. I would imagine little high streets like this rely on tourists and we would have parted with our money in return for some polite hospitality, as all doors were shut firmly in our faces, I feel those businesses trying to survive a tough recession have over looked an opportunity to make some money. I wouldn’t return to Holt. Perhaps the property should give suggestions of venues and pre-warn their guests to book well in advance if they are looking to enjoy a nice meal and glass of wine during their stay.

Good contact from the owner beforehand. Spotless property and extremely well equipped for our short stay. Just off the High Street in Holt which is a lovely town with amazing shops and a very convenient place to stay to visit the Thursford Christmas Spectacular.
