Bin in the garden had not been emptied so we had to place our rubbish next to it. Some of the towels/pillow/linen had seen better days Some of the plates were chipped but we didn't use them

the property was in a good location- a short drive or moderate walk from Sunderland. the street was quiet and there was always space to park out the front. the house had plenty of space and all the things we needed. the price was reasonable, better than other local properties.

I’m glad I read other reviews as I wasn’t then shocked at how grubby it was. it was ok, but not that clean. we had to clean greasy saucepans, the draw below the oven was so dirty we just closed it again and didn’t use it! I used a tray in the cupboard which I really had to throughly clean first. there was dust on the bathroom windowsill, there were sweet wrappers and a lottery ticket (not winning unfortunately) under the beds, I found two lighters and some loose screws in the hanging storage in my little boys room! when I took my jumper from the hanging storage in my room it had a layer of dust. I had to swap mattresses with another bed as it was just so uncomfortable and really needs replacing.

Excellent value for money. Everything you need under one roof.

Good size property for a large group, all facilities needed for a short stay amd close to town centre

Kitchen really needs a deep clean as used trays in oven amd dirty cuttlery and drawers was very disappointing

Clean and tidy little property. Would stay again in future.
