Mon endroit est idéal pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo ou les familles avec enfants.

The house was clean and in great location to the places we wanted to go. Didn't have to go more than 20 minutes to any beach shopping or anything we wanted to do also close to my sisters apartment. I will say if you stay in this house during winter no the pool is only as warm as it is outside so it was really too cold to swim in. The listing may say heated pool but it is solar heated not manually heated so while we were there it was 67° outside during the day, 50 at night and the pool was 65° or less. I would stay again but not at that same time of year.

The listing says newly renovated: it is not. The front porch is dirty and untidy. The front door is old and the paintwork chipped. All internal paintwork needs refreshed, it’s is chipped in many places. The walls are chipped and marked. The paint job is very poor. The lanai is stained with rust marks . The legs of the lanai furniture are badly rusted. There is drying rack, which is badly broken. All in all the property needs work and was a disappointment.

We had a fabulous weekend in venice and this listing was part of the reason our stay was so nice. Easy check in. The home was exactly as listed and very clean. Completely stocked for anything you would need while you are there. If we stay in venice again this home would be our go to!

below average house at best , was dusty , dead bugs and a lot of ants , roof had plastic on 60% of it , was never informed of that , grass wasn't cut and landscape was overgrown ,outdoor chairs at the pool all had rusted bottoms to the point of sitting crooked and metal rust chunks everywhere ,but was still charged full rate and a tip envelope was left for us after they charged for for cleaning .. never again , not worthy of being on vrbo at all , or a rental for that matter..

Enjoyed our stay at this location. The place had everything for our 12 night stay. Close to the beaches and was a very comfortable setting with heated pool. Jan responded quickly to anything we had questions about. Very accommodating.

Jan is a wonderful Host
The property is well maintained and very comfortable. We really appreciated the extra thought that was put into ensuring our stay was pleasant. Basic cooking supplies like Oil and simple spices were provided. I forgot shampoo and was delighted to see he had that stocked for use as well!

Great home in Venice area.
Super clean and had everything you need. (We always bring our own sheets, pillow, etc) but it was home-like. The area is so quiet and easy to get to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. The pool is lovely too. Definitely recommend and will be back!!

Family trip
We rented this home for a vacation while visiting family in the area. Our stay was ok, we were glad to have a pool and the house was stocked with basics like shampoo, spices, etc, and beach chairs and umbrellas. However, we didn’t feel like we had much privacy from the owner. Upon arrival we noticed a security camera that wasn’t disclosed in the listing, then on day three the owner showed up unannounced to leave things in the garage, on day four the owner said he was coming by again to mow the grass so we made sure to leave to not be in the way, upon return it didn’t look like anything was actually done with the grass. Between the camera and unannounced visit, it made for an uncomfortable first few days. The garage seen in pictures can’t be used for vehicles/door doesn’t work, this made unloading our bulky items like bikes a bit inconvenient.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. This home was the perfect get away. Very clean, very comfortable home, located in a great neighborhood. We never had to travel far, the beaches were within a 5 to10 minute drive (depending on traffic). Restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart and any other shopping you need to do is within 5 minutes. This house comes with everything you can think of, even beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was very nice, a refreshing way to cool off in after being out in the sun all day. Nice private yard and very quite neighborhood. It was great having coffee next to pool in the mornings while watching the squirrels run around in the trees. Again this was the perfect house for our get away. We felt at home. Great communication with the owner, very friendly and they always replied back immediately to any of my questions before arriving and while we were staying. I am already looking forward to next year and hoping we can stay at this property again. You won't be disappointed renting this home. We weren't. Thanks Jan for renting your home to us.

Nice clean, comfortable place to stay
We were in town to finalize the sale of our parents' home and needed a place that we could come home to and relax after a long day of moving furniture and cleaning. Nice quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed just sitting out by the pool in the evenings.

Awesome vacation spot
Everything about our stay was GREAT. The house and accommodations were amazing. To have your own private pool to use was really nice. The location of the property was exactly what we were looking for, close to many beaches, dining and other activities, We would definitely recommend this rental property, and will probably be back ourselves soon.
