Bienvenue dans notre loft-studio au patrimoine bien aménagé sur le thème de la côte ouest, au cœur du centre-ville de Victoria. C'est un endroit spécial à appeler à la maison car il est considéré comme l'un des bâtiments les plus historiques de Victoria. Ce magnifique bâtiment a été construit en 1896 et a été récemment modernisé pour devenir des lofts de style boutique. Notre espace dispose de briques apparentes, de hauts plafonds et d'une charmante atmosphère de la côte ouest. Nous sommes à quelques pas du port, de restaurants fantastiques, de boutiques chics, de cafés branchés, de sites historiques et d'activités nautiques amusantes! Profitez au centre de tout cela et détendez-vous avec la commodité de pouvoir marcher partout! Notre espace est chaleureux, lumineux et confortable. Nous avons un canapé qui se transforme en couchage supplémentaire et nous fournissons une literie super confortable pour des nuits de rêve. Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée pour vous permettre de préparer les repas et de vous fournir du café local :) Notre loft donne sur la cour paisible qui offre intimité et calme la nuit. Le patio sur le toit est à voir absolument! Il y a une vue panoramique sur la ville, les montagnes et le port, idéal pour admirer les couchers de soleil!

This apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the wharf and harbour, restaurants and shops. It's not fancy though clean and functional. The highlight is the rooftop deck overlooking the harbor where we sat, sipped drinks and enjoyed the sunset and city lights. Also felt very secure. Highly recommend.

Cozy studio apartment in heritage building in great location in downtown Victoria. Easy walkable access to multiple dining options and blocks from core shopping areas - approx 1/2 mile to central harbor and the Empress Hotel.

You can simply walk to most of the Victoria attractions in the downtown core. Like all major cities in Canada and the US, downtown has the usual distractions. But we have never felt unsafe.
This is a well appointed newer loft in a reclaimed historic building. The residential units are double secured. There are quite a number of unique boutiques and restaurants in the neighborhood. And of course China Town, which is the oldest surviving China Town in North America (the original China Town in San Francisco was burnt down in the great fire there).
One thing you need to be careful with: the bathroom floor mat is slippery.
We highly recommend this rental for a weekend or longer stay.

The flat is great and presented in a friendly, modern and easy-going design. Kitchen v well equipped with modern appliances, coffee, tea, oil and spices were also provided. Nice touch!
Communication with owners/managers sometimes cumbersome: not always clear how to get in touch with whom. E.g. elevator was defect since Friday and remained so until Monday, had to lift heavy luggage (round-the-world trip) down the stairs which are in the neighbouring building.
Both washer and dryer were filled with rags and towels, obviously this flat is used by cleaners for doing laundry of many other flats?
Overall, I would have welcomed some brighter light as the flat is pretty dark.

The apartment was great, no complaints there - clean, central, comfortable. I didn't appreciate having to go 3 blocks both to pick up and return the key. I also don't think that, when one pays a cleaning fee, that one should be expected to strip the bed and take out the garbage. For this reason, I will choose a mid-range hotel next time.

One comment though considering check out time, which is strictly at 10am and on the earlier side of most check -out times..
It was pouring rain and our ferry was not till later. We asked if any chance to check out after 10 am but was not possible.
Also Co - host requires to strip sheets, dispose of garbage plus drop off the key at key cafe which had us rush for an extra 20- 30 minutes for what is already a rushed check out!
I would suggest to either change check out time to later than 10am or don't ask guests to do these chores!

Very nice place to come back to after a day of work or activities. Close to many popular attractions Downton and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hope to be back soon!

What a great stay! It has the BEST location with tons of restaurants, shops, and the wharf only a short walk away. I think our favorite part was the rooftop patio…great spot to watch the sunset. Would love to stay here again!

Nice small Victoria apartment.
Property was small but well maintained. It was nicely equipped including having a small portable fan that came in handy on the warmer days.
I think the check in instructions could have been more detailed. It was not clear how to use the fob to get through the gate and into the building. Also the code to actually open the apartment door should be put after the fob instructions. Not at the beginning of the instructions where I missed it.

We absolutely loved this little loft for our long weekend. It was right downtown which made it so easy to get around the city. We walked everywhere so we were able to take breaks at the loft when we needed to. The location has great access to numerous local restaurants and bars. Our only negative comment is that the bed wasn’t very comfy. Other than that, we highly recommend this adorable loft!

We absolutely loved this little loft for our long weekend. It was right downtown which made it so easy to get around the city. This was just what my husband and I needed for our 5 day get away to Victoria. Airport shuttle takes you right to this location. We never rent a car just walk to all our favorite spots. We will for be coming back to this property for sure!!
