We enjoyed our stay at Expedition Station 8603. Checkin across the highway was easy.
We were able to check in a little early. So had to pick up keys in the office where staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. Communication excellent. Every question was answered efficiently, and our one issue ( needed a set of sheets) was handled expeditiously.
The condo was across Dercom Dr. from the ice skating rink and a short walk to our favorite café, Inxpot. Then a short walk to the gondola.
Parking is on the River Run Road side of the building. Thank goodness for the covered parking! The highs were in the teens, the lows in negative digits. **Be aware that parking spots are tight. Very large vehicles would be tricky to park if the building were fully occupied.
We appreciated the multiple humidifiers provided by the hosts. Fans and extra blankets were also available.
A drying rack was an unexpected and super helpful item.
We are a party of 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and roomy. The only bit of discomfort was that the lower bunk is very short. My adult son was not able to sit up in bed without hitting his head.
The kitchen was well stocked with a coffee maker and all the equipment you would need to prepare meals.
For management or owner: with no covering for the sliding door, quite a bit of cold air comes in through the center. Even a set of simple curtains to close at night would help regulate the temperature better in the family room and kitchen.

This was a great place for a weekend trip. My kids really enjoyed the video games. Only thing I would add to the unit I is a curtain for the slider the patio. It felt very weird to have that open when it was dark out and if it accepted pets. Overall it was a great place and plenty of space for our family of 5. Quick walk to the lift and all the shops at keystone. Didn’t have to drive anywhere all weekend.

The place was exactly what we needed. It was clean and well equipped. It was within walk-in distance to all the restaurants and stores in the village. Accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids well. Check in and check out was easy.

Although the accommodations were great and we have stayed in this unit before, the 7:00 am construction and vehicle noise was unacceptable. We wished were give some info about this when we selected this unit again. Very unhappy that this was not disclosed.

This unit was wonderful in every way. Great location and views, bright, spacious, clean, quiet, well eqquipped kitchen - we lacked for nothing cooking our meals-, comfortable bed. We wouldn't change a thing. The team at SCMR is always great to work with - friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you! We most certainly would rent this unit again. Loved it!PS: We missed the Nonavita bar soap that was provided in the past.

The check in has you go somewhere off site to get your keycard, the parking garage is pretty small and was hard to find a space in, and all communication is not through the vrbo app. Otherwise it was a great stay. Just be aware they will contact you outside of vrbo app for all communication.

Rental was clean. Reserving process and check was fine. But the cost just not worth it. Parking in a parking garage. Not being able to check in til 4:30 and check out at 10 left us little time in the rental. Read your explanation about length of time to clean - but you’re charging a premium so hire more staff.

The place was absolutely stunning! The view was spectacular, walking distance for the slopes, place to store your equipment, tons of games, cooking supplies, and so much. Not only was the stay amazing, but their communication was unparalleled. They were quick to respond, and they provided all information about the place upfront to ensure a easy and seamless stay. This is one of the more spacious units available in River Run village at Keystone so we had some room for energetic kids to play, and there’s a playground directly across the street. It’s a reasonable walk to the gondola, even for a 5 year old in ski boots. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were lots of extra pillows and blankets, and checkout process is simple. The only things we wished were upgraded were the pillows and mattress on the king bed. It’s a great condo, and we would stay here again!

Spring break ski vacation
This is one of the more spacious units available in River Run village at Keystone so we had some room for energetic kids to play, and there’s a playground directly across the street. It’s a reasonable walk to the gondola, even for a 5 year old in ski boots. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were lots of extra pillows and blankets, and checkout process is simple. The only things we wished were upgraded were the pillows and mattress on the king bed. It’s a great condo, and we would stay here again!

Nice Condo. Not exactly what I'd call staying in the village, but it's only a 5 minute walk. 10 minutes to the gondola. X-Box with games in 2 rooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Refrigerator doesn't make ice, so you have to use trays. Outdoor hot tub air jets didn't work and the filter system didn't work well, so the water was greasy with hair and some leaves floating in it. I'm sure that will be corrected soon. Steam room stays off when not in use, so you need to turn it on for 15 minutes before using it. Tons of extra soap and shampoo in the gym shower, if needed. Nice parking garage. Convenient location to highway. Very quiet. Plenty of luggage carts in the garage elevator area. I'd like to be a little closer to the village center if the price was the same, but All said, I'd stay here again.

Our family vacation was centered around skiing time! This was a great location so we could spend as much time skiing as possible for our family of 5. We enjoyed playing pool in evenings as well as time in pool, sauna, and hot tub. We were able eat cook our meals and enjoyed playing board games!

Good, clean corner room, well stocked. Near stairway but long walk from elevator. Quiet. Parking in basement, but no mention in instructions (discovered by accident.) Given Wifi password incorrect, and TV set-up difficult without instructions. Instructions to take care of garbage/recycling (why, when we pay a cleaning fee?), but recycling/garbage area in garage was filthy. Minor concerns, but things that should be corrected.

Clean, corner unit, well stocked for extended stay. Wifi password wrong, took us awhile to guess. No mention of parking garage in basement, but discovered it by accident. Ski locker situation not explained well. Garbage room in the basement filthy mess and not sure why, when I pay a cleaning fee, I am asked to dispose of garbage. Long hallways and lots of walking to this unit, but quiet at the end of hall.

We needed a change of pace and found perfection in the mountains! The condo was beautifully decorated, amazing views of the ski slopes, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. This is a GREAT condo! We have done lots of VRBOs and this is the best one we have ever stayed in. Our whole family agreed. It is clean and well decorated. Plenty of room and everything we needed. The kitchen is open and well stocked. I cooked all of our meals without any issues. The table is beautiful and huge. The building is close to the slopes. I am always worried when I book something and trying to figure out the proximity to everything. This place 3 buildings down from the village area and gondola. A very easy walk with your kids and skis. We just had a great week there. Felt very at home and would stay again in a second!
