The pictures and offer on booking, because nothing was good

El apartamento ya está un poco deteriorado, podría usar algo de mantenimiento. A la llegada encontramos que estaba sucio debajo de las camas, algunas sábanas llenas de pelos y el lavadero lleno de arena. La reserva decía que incluía artículos de aseo, y en realidad solo había 2 jabones de manos. Decía que incluía artículos de limpieza, solo había un jabón de cocina, nada para la lavadora o toallas extras para limpiar. Las ollas y cafetera en muy mal estado. A la llegada manifestamos todo esto a la propiedad y no hubo atención o solución al respecto. Comunicación incesante para el pago y pago por adelantado pero nada para solucionar nuestras solicitudes. La lavadora incluida en lo que ofrecen, tampoco funcionó. La respuesta del propietario fue: es lavadora secadora si funciona! (De nuevo cero soluciones) The apartment is a little bit run-down, could use some maintenance. The booking said the apartment included free toiletries, and there were only 2 handclaps. It also said that cleaning supplies were included, there was only one dish soap and one kitchen towel. Nothing for laundry. Pods and pans and coffee maker very bad shape. We couldn’t use any pods and pans Upon arrival we informed the property about these findings and there was no solution about it. There was non stop communication prior to pay in advance but nothing about our requests once we were there. Washer didn’t work! And the response of the owner was is washer and dryer and it works! The person in charge of the visit to the house just said the owner never listens and doesn’t want to change or improve things

The area has a wide beach. The beach is safe and beautiful.

The apartment requires maintenance, it is in poor condition. I recommend having an option to store travelers' luggage before check-in We stayed 4 nights and two of these, the neighbors of apartment 308 had music from 1am to 5am. It was very annoying, because they did not respect the rules of coexistence and the reception staff did nothing to improve this.

The pools were the best option to enjoy between the apartment accommodations, the city and the beach. My 6 years old nephew always wanted to be there, the weather was amazing and the pools super clean, safe and the location was comfortable. The apartment looks like in the pictures and has everything you need for the stay.

There are a few things in the apartment that the owner should change like the silversmith because looks rusty and might do some reparations like the painting in one of the bathroom wall/ ceiling due it had damp spots.

The location was really nice. The building was nice. Pool area was nice and the the beach was nice. I felt safe they have security personnel.

The apartment was not ready at 3pm. The cleaning ladies stayed until 5pm finishing the place. There was no WiFi in the apartment and was needed for my kids school work. No televisión the service never worked. I overpaid for the apartment. The service provided was not worth the money.

Well located in playa de la Boquilla near Radisson Hotel where I attended an event. Nice pool area, very convenient mini market on the first floor with all basic goods you need. Direct beach access. Taxi drive to the city center about 15-20 minutes for aprox 20,000 pesos (5 dollars). beach and sea view from balcony to enjoy the sunset!
