Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s conveniently located very close to the pool and tennis courts and a lot of food options in the strip mall a short walk away! There was plenty of parking and the place was very clean.

Me and the Family absolutely enjoyed staying at this location. Very clean and well organized place with lots of amenities. The four of us were very comfortable staying here and the best thing about it was the location. Everything was within walking distance with lots of things to do day and night . Owners were very helpful with all of our questions.

Wonderful vacation home in a perfect area for our family of 4! Located seconds to the outdoor pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Home was exceptionally clean and had all the items you would need for cooking and having a great time at the beach! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the unit to anyone traveling with a small family to Ocean City!

We took our son to the beach for the first time and chose Ocean City. We made the best memories and that included our stay in this beautifully maintained property. It was just blocks from the beach and everything was clean and comfortable. Gabe and Carolina were responsive and attentive. We would certainly stay again in the future.

Our family had such a wonderful short trip to Carolina and Gabe’s beach condo for a wrestling tournament! Communication was wonderful every step of the way and everything was so clean and easy to find! The kids really enjoyed the board games and the place truly felt like home. We would absolutely return next time we are in the area!

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at in O.C. The pictures are exactly as they look, and the condo was VERY clean. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) were perfectly happy there. I like how they have 4 t.v.'s. Gabe was very attentive and made things way easier to deal with than a management company. I'll definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything. We love Ocean City.

Good updates from the host, always checking on you to see if all is well. Grocery stores are very close. The condo is up to date, very clean and looks just as in the pictures and even better. We enjoyed the in door pool and we will definitely make another trip back. Thank you Caroline and Gabe for being good hosts! You made our Christmas great.immaculate

We had a great week together as a family. The condo was in the perfect location, fully stocked with what we needed to cook. Even some extras like spices. They left a welcome gift which was a nice touch. Great attention to details. Beds were great! Very easy to work with the owners. We will definitely rebook for future visits.

Probably the most spotless place we’ve ever stayed at in OCMD! Gabe and Carolina have the best furniture, appliances, and decor and it was a beautiful stay. We did think we got locked out one morning and Gabe was quick to answer and help us out within 20 minutes which was very nice too!! Great hosts, great condo, great location! And SO CLEAN!!!!

We stayed with our 3 and 6 yr old. They loved having their own room and bathroom, how close we were to the pool, and the quick walk to the beach and restaurants was very convenient. Condo is outfitted with everything needed and hosts very amenable! Would stay again :)

Great property, beautiful, clean & comfortable!!! Home has everything you need and want. Kids loved their bedroom, all beds were comfy. Very close walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores. Communication was super easy and fast. Owners are wonderful people. Great family vacation! We definitely recommend!!!!

This is our second time staying here and has officially become “our place” to stay in Ocean City. Property is beautifully maintained. The veranda area is the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and an adult beverage in the evening. Kitchen is loaded with cookware for making meals in if you choose. Beds are comfortable and there are lots of spare pillows available. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Location can’t be beat! We park the car for the week and walk pretty much everywhere. There’s a Dunkin, Starbucks, Wawa, 7Eleven, and Food Lion within a block. There are multiple wonderful restaurants to walk to in the nearby plaza as well. Our favorites are Whiskers Pub, Tea Boss (really great sushi and rolled ice cream), and Fast Eddy’s. There’s also a kabob restaurant and a Chinese place too. You are located right across from the outdoor pool and a short walk to the indoor pool. The beach is a 5 min walk across the highway. (No fighting for parking spots! Truly a dream!) The owners also have 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys there for your use. Communication with the hosts was wonderful. We had no issues, but Gabe checked in with us upon check in, once mid week, and again the night before check out just to make sure things were ok. Overall, this is our favorite place to stay and will plan on returning in the future!

Really cozy place...
This property was just as described with all the amenities necessary for a mulit-day vacation. Conveniently located with surrounding restaurants, markets, pharmacy and other stores, it is also minutes away from the OC beach front and the quaint Bethany Beach. Property owners Gabe & Carolina were more than helpful with proper communication and information. Definitely recommending to family and friends.

Gabe and Carolina’s beach house was a fabulous place to stay! Myself, my best friend, and my 2 boys stayed and had plenty of space. The place was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. The wifi worked great and was wonderful to have, for the boys especially! The location is great, with lots of restaurants, stores, and things to do. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying again! 😎

Gabe and Carolina’s beach house was a fabulous place to stay! Myself, my best friend, and my 2 boys stayed and had plenty of space. The place was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and appliances are in new condition! Private patio with seating area is nice, used that quite a bit. Would definitely stay again. Wonderf Memorial Day Weekend Vacation
My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old daughter and had a wonderful time! The place was spotless and the location was perfect! Only two short blocks to the beach and around the corner from a cvs and starbucks:) The unit is very close to the outdoor pool which was clean and all of the members at the pool were super friendly to us! We loved that the hosts provided us with beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Washer and dryer was also very helpful with a toddler and the rooms were very spacious. The hosts were more than accomodating if we had any questions and the check in process went smoothly and stress free. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we hope to come back and visit soon!

Gorgeous decor, extremely clean, modern and appears newly renovated. Attention to detail- USB chargers on night stands, night lights built into outlets, Alexa (kids loved dancing to music) streaming services, some board games and blocks for kids. Short walk to beach, near Wawa and restaurants, Fractured Prune. Good water pressure, hot water plentiful. Very responsive owners through the VRBO chat. Cute welcome bag upon entering. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other families.
