Beacon Hill est l’un des endroits les plus recherchés de Boston et cet appartement est l’un des rares appartements récemment rénovés de la région. L'espace comprend une nouvelle cuisinière / four / micro-ondes / lave-vaisselle, une nouvelle salle de bains et de beaux planchers de bois.
Une chambre est plus grande avec un lit queen, une table de nuit, la télévision par câble et un placard complet avec éléments intégrés. La deuxième chambre est plus petite avec une table de nuit et un placard avec ins.
Le salon comprend un canapé, une table basse et une chaise et est ouvert sur la cuisine. La cuisine a une table avec des chaises pour manger.
L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur avec de larges escaliers. Il y a une laverie à pièces dans le sous-sol.

Cozy Stay
Great experience. Highly recommend staying.

We had a problem getting access to the building but Lee quickly responded and took care of that issue. Also the cleaning people did not leave enough towels which Lee took care of the next morning. Overall the price for the apartment in the neighborhood that it’s in is fair. The queen size bed in one of the bedrooms presented a problem since due to a lack of space in the room the bed was against a windowed wall and whoever was sleeping on the inside had to crawl over the person on the outside. This probably would not create an issue for a younger group but we are senior citizens and this was an issue. However the major issue was the upstairs neighbor who has no concept of apartment living. This person didn’t walk, he/she stomped around the apartment and since the floor are wood with no carpeting it reverberated. They vacuumed the apartment one night at 1030a and was up every morning prior to 6am so if you’re a light sleeper, this is a real problem. The neighborhood is wonderful and convenient to some lovely restaurants, shopping and the train which will take you anywhere in the city. My complaints are not with the owner,Lee, who was very responsive but rather with the structure of the apartment

We enjoyed our stay here for the night. The host was very responsive and check in was a breeze. Comfy beds and clean space. You are in close proximity to neighbors so if you’re a rowdy group this space isn’t for you. No parking included but we found a guest spot just around the corner!
