The issue is not only with this OYO property. But also with all the OYO properties listed with Booking.com. Making a reservation in OYO properties through booking.com is as good as no reservation/No confirmation. My guest arrived the property and there was no booking even after the confirmation from booking.com. It is embarrassing isn't it? here you go with the reason. After the booking confirmation from booking,com you will receive an email from OYO stating that until you make the payment using your credit card or debit card the booking is not confirmed.. How bad is that?? The person who wants to make the payment directly at property cannot opt for any of OYO properties. Hence think twice before confirming any of the OYO properties through Booking.com
