新築、掃除も完璧でした。首里ハウス滞在だったので、駐車場が離れてますが、出かけたい時にすぐに迎えに来てくれるので問題なしです。3泊４日でしたが、４日分のタオルやアメニティ、お茶、コーヒー、水が既にあり、もしお掃除に毎日入らなければ1人2000円のクーポンが貰えます。物を片付けるのが面倒臭いので毎日は必要ないので、ホテルのショップでクーポンで買い物でき、これは本当に有り難かったです！抜け毛が酷いのでドライヤーでごっそり大量に髪の毛が抜けて大変なのでコンセントがいらない掃除機も置いて頂きました。有難い！朝食も種類豊富で美味しいし、30分毎の送迎バスを待てない(子供が我儘で😖)の時もお迎えに来て頂けました。私や皆さんは、食事後、外の素敵なプールサイドでゆったりしながら、または入口外で綺麗な空気に浸りながらバスを待ったらあっという間だと思います。普段死ぬ程生意気な特性のある我が子は、初日も機嫌が悪く悪魔的でしたが、綺麗な宮古島、親切で綺麗なこのホテルに滞在したお陰で２日目から静かになり、素直になりました。まるで浄化？？本当に来て良かったです。有難うございました。

このホテルの近くのスティッチのかき氷屋さんは1つ1800円なのでお勧めしません。他に良いお店があります。先ずは入ったら、何もせずメニューを見て、おかしな値段だったら迷わず出て下さい。我慢して注文したら必ず後悔します。気を付けて下さい。

全てにおいて最高！

1人だけ無愛想な女性スタッフに案内された時はしんどかった。

My little villa was perfect for my intention to just relax. The amenities like the spa and bikes for rent added great value. The included breakfast is very filling. The beach is very quiet and beautiful. Airport shuttle is also included but not available after 1730.

The beds were too firm. Needs pillow top or egg crate added for comfort. The pillows were not firm at all and provided little support. I did not rest peacefully but the other amenities greatly compensated, especially being able to soak in the lovely tub for which they offer extra toiletries like salts and bombs.

Location

Did not feel like being in Japanese owned Resort. This place is not at the level as it thinks it would like to be. Everything looks low cost. Food quite disappointing.

Pleasant resort, nice pool and the beach was just a short walk away. Restaurant was good, including western breakfast options. We stayed in the hotel building, but when there was a problem with the hot water one day, the management immediately moved us into one of the villas with its own pool. This was very responsive customer service.

Location was a bit remote from the town and restaurants, it would be difficult without a hire car. We couldn't understand why we were told it wasn't possible to eat outdoors on the terrace between the restaurant and pool, since there were tables and chairs there.
