Location and view from balcony.
Mariners View is looking a bit tired. Bathroom needs an upgrade (new taps, shower door instead of shower screen).
Kitchen sink looks dirty (has hard to remove stains). The pump that pumps water into the house is located under floor of a bedroom, whenever someone flushes toilet during the night noise of pump wakes occupants of bedroom. Pump needs to be relocated or have a sound muffling box fitted over it. BBQ grill and hotplate on front deck wasn't clean. The BBQ under the hotplate and grill was filthy with grease/oil, the fat tray was full and needed replacing. the bottom of the BBQ caught fire while being used. Drive way needs to be upgraded.

Overall the house was very comfortable. We especially loved spending time on the front deck enjoying the view of the bay.
Not enough space in the rooms to store suit cases.

The location was perfect and a bit quieter than on the main strip. The deck overlooking the bay was exceptional.

Pressure pump immediately under one bedroom was very loud. Could only get 1 key to work - rear sliding door.

poor cleanliness - caked birds droppings on verandah and furniture. BBQ dirty
a lack of attention to detail- no toilet paper, empty tissue box, empty cooking oil bottle laying around
no secure area for dogs despite being ‘pet friendly’

Fantastic view, great location and walking distance to town centre. Very comfortable and clean.
All good, perhaps need a blind to pull down to block afternoon sun out on the balcony.

Location, everything we needed was there. Beautiful views, comfortable & would definitely stay again 🙂
No gate on top deck
Would have loved a closed in area outside for our dogs to have a little run but other then that it was fantastic!

Had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple or small family. Quiet location.
Broken soap holder in shower should be replaced ASAP. Very sharp and dangerous.
