I like the behaviour of Manager Mr. Raja. He was so friendly and helpful we enjoyed a lot at the property. I suggest all who ever make a program to visit Munnar stay at the property. Really enjoyed a lot. Thanks Mr. Raja and staff.

Parking area was not very good

The room was clean, comfortable. Manager was very helpful, friendly. Would recommend, good location, good Indian breakfast just across the street.

The place is reachable from the ksrtc bus stand. just walkable distance. The bed is very soft n smooth i liked it.

We got used blankets, later as per our request they have changed it. Sometimes hot water won't come, you can inform reception they will resolve it

Nothing!!Stupid Stay

The room was not neat, Hair was there in the bed sheet, the blanket was smelly, When we tried to call the room boy, he was not even picking the calls. I will never suggest .When I spoke the room boy in the morning, he said I will provide you another room. If he had another, then why he didn't provided earlier!!

Good response supper maintenance and good views simply super.
