The house was nice, pretty good location. Bed was large. Room felt spacious... It's honestly really hard to compliment many other things because honestly, the experience was just not very good. I would not recommend.
The room was absolutely *frigid*, easily 50 degrees inside. There was a space heater in the room, but it was small and weak. The light in the lamp was out. Also, apparently, they overbooked me, so I had to transfer to a different room by the same property manager near john hopkins. The bedsheets also smelled funny and faintly of urine. There was also no indication that this was a space shared by many other people on the listing, and that other people were using other rooms in the same house. Not a big deal to me, but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

Good location, comfy bed.
Not what we expected. There was one bathroom for at least 4 bedrooms. The house was 7 bedrooms total. The electricity was unreliable and I had to contact the management to find the fuse box to flip it. I ended up flipping it no fewer than 5 times in my two night stay. Rather than be slumlords trying to get the most money possible, maybe don't over rent out your rooms to where the electricity can't handle the pull.

The location is close to the train station and surrounded by beautiful streets. There are a few good restaurants close by. I want to try the Ethiopian place.
All of the furniture feels very flimsy and precarious.
There is no way to reach the main overhead light to turn in on, so the only light I have after dark is a small lamp and my phone's flashlight.

Common area is spacious and all essentials there in kitchen if cooking yourself ; hot water is instant in shower
The AC turns on for 10-15 min twice + per hour and no way to regulate. It was raining and cold and it still was working. The lighting in room is awful. One weak night table light and one overhead which turns on only with fan blades spinning.

Good location
Worse case of bedbugs ever. Tried with no success to get rid of them and still got up the next morning covered in fresh red blotches. Quiet time described was nonexistent.

- the property had a huge kitchen and dining area which was great
- had a washing machine and dryer (which didn’t work initially - but it got sorted)
- the bed in our personal opinion was not comfortable and we did not sleep well. but again personal opinion
- the only real downside is there is only one bathroom to the three bedrooms meaning you offer had a panic of if you’d make it😂

The location was great!!! Safe and central of many places, take the purple bus (free) you can go to the most important places,the house calefaction was so nice, warm, the kitcken area was helpfull cause we can eat at home on nights. The access was faster cause with a door code you can entry to the house. The bed so comfortable👌and the bed room big, with windows😊the restroms was shared bathroom, but always it was clean and big spaceous, and the house has 2.
4 nights a guest for other rooms (3 and 6 room) made a lot of noise, all the nights so this was bad to take a good rest.

The room is a regular room in a shared flat with kitchen and bathroom in common.
Common areas are not cleaned on a daily basis.
I didn't meet the manager and a code was given to me to enter.
The three automatic doors you have to open to enter the building, the flat and your room never worked at the first attempt.
I can understand that it is a cheap place, but the host has the duty to not lie.

Very friendly no contact check in. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Had a little trouble opening the front door but that was my stupidity lol

The area was nice and the house was clean.
I had NO idea it was a shared house, that should be clearly written in the advertisement. From the pictures 1 would assume it was a 1 bedroom apt or efficiency. Traveled almost 2hrs to be surprised that I'm in a home with other people I didn't know, sharing a bathroom etc. Also the bed was very hard, no TV and a very bright bedroom light, so at night it's either completely dark or very bright. I came back to the house after my event and left, it was the middle of the night. The next time I will make for sure I stay at a hotel where I can get ice, cups, iron etc
