Nice place to stay. Convenient location. The only downside is that there was a large noisy party in the apartment above us the last night we stayed. I understand that this wasn’t the fault of the property manager. Overall this was a good place to stay for our North Dakota vacation.

We stayed for a couples weekend getaway. It was very quiet and felt very secure. It’s in a great location for walking around Downtown Fargo. Would stay again.

I stayed with my partner and his seven-year old son and we all loved it. Checking in was only slightly delayed as the key wasn't in the lockbox as promised but I don't think the host could have been faster to help. She had the maintenance staff arrive after a couple of minutes to let us in and we were all settled. She was so responsive and solved the problem almost immediately. Our son was initially bummed we weren't staying in a hotel that had a pool (LOL) but the hominess of the space and the board games more than made up for that! He loved it! The space was exactly as described and having dedicated parking was a great feature. It felt like a safe neighbourhood as well. I had to get up really early one day and it was great to have a space to prepare and eat my breakfast, and having an ensuite bathroom made it possible to get up and ready without waking up my guys. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Super clean - only complaint is that the pillows were a bit flat and old. Other than that - great stay and would stay again.

Easy walking distance to downtown Fargo. Clean, comfortable. Toilet in hall bathroom needs repair; not securely fastened to the floor. Otherwise perfect place for our visit and needs.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment very close to downtown Fargo. The apartment was mostly very clean and comfortable. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the carpet could use a cleaning and the cute little balcony had quite a bit of bird droppings. I also only gave 4 stars for matching online description as it stated it sleeps 6 but there are only two queen size beds and a sofa that does not convert to a bed. One other thing that I would recommend for the listing is to mention the building is orange and grey. There are several buildings nearby and it took us a few minutes to figure out which building was the right one. Overall we had a great trip and I would recommend the apartment to others.

Place was spotless and smelled great right when you walked in. This place is the perfect location if you are looking to go to a show at the fargodome or go to the downtown area . Would 100% stay again.

We loved the location of this property. It satisfied our needs and what we were looking for. With a few more updates, this place could be very cute.

Great spot to stay in Fargo. We were impressed with the town, visiting to celebrate my bucket list of hitting my 50th state. They really go all out at the visitors center with the “Best for Last Club,” and the Farmers Market on Saturday was all walkable. It’s also right next to the Plains Arts Museum which is fantastic. VRBO Host was great and the listing was very accurate. There’s even parking in the garage once you check in and get the garage door opener.

We had a great time. It was so nice to walk downtown! We loved the space. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Check in was a little clunky because the key wasn’t in the lockbox but property manager responded promptly and got us taken care of. Location to downtown Fargo is what attracted us to this property and it didn’t let us down, easily walking distance to all that downtown Fargo has to offer.

We visited Fargo for the first time for a wedding and this place was perfect! Property manager responds quickly and the home was clean and had all the necessities!

Children loved the hominess. We enjoyed having amenities of home. Kitchen, 2 baths, underground parking, small deck to take in the in the business district below, etc. Loved being on 4th floor. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was the carpet looked like it could use a good cleaning. Definitely will consider this location in the future.

We had a great 4 days in Fargo with an excellent downtown location at this VRBO. It was quiet and had everything we needed for a short stay. We went to a local art gallery, a Red Hawks game, shopped and it was easy to get out to West Acres shopping center and movie theater. too.

This is a spacious 2 BR apartment that is convenient to the heart of downtown Fargo. The garage access is a great feature.

We stopped in Fargo on a road trip and were pleasantly surprised! We loved the location and could easily walk to get coffee and check out downtown. The apartment is also right behind the Plains Museum of Art and we saw some great art. We also walked to the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead. It was easy to get around and the are a bunch of cute shops and micro brews. Nice place in a great location!

We stayed here for NDSU Orientation and it was a great place to relax and host our daughter’s new roommate and family to get to know each other! Place is clean, manager’s responsive and we felt really safe!

Great location! We walked downtown for dinner (Beer & Fish--oh so good!) followed by a concert at the Fargo Theatre. The Keurig with flavored creamer was a nice touch for the next morning.
