Location. Enjoyed the marina view and deck.

The building was unattended due to Christmas, which was fine. A homeless person was sleeping on the couch in the common room inside the clubhouse, which was also were our door to our room was. The heater was very loud but at least it worked! The water got warm, but never hot in the shower. There was no heat in the bathroom so that didn’t help the lack of hot water and feeling warm during your shower. Otherwise it was as pictured and it was quiet during our stay, which was nice. Lovely view of the water, but for $250/night I expected the other items to be in order and working better.

Water was warm not hot, building and room just old and tired but true to photos. For the price would have been nice to have hot water and no homeless people shacking up.
