Everything! We are looking forward to visiting Italy again and staying at the same apartment. Wonderful host, beautiful garden, comfortable, quiet, and close to everything.

Every thing was perfection

The location is very good. The outside space is great, if you are visiting when the weather is nice(we were not.). The 2 bathrooms are very nice (except for no hooks to hang towels or clothes.) The bed was comfortable. The cave room is very unique/interesting. The air conditioning worked well enough in the extreme heat (high 90’s!)

The apartment had a really cool cavelike room, as you can see in the photos, but when air conditioning is not on, there is a dank smell in the room. The kitchen could use some refreshing, better decor/definitely more color. I didn’t love being in this space; it’s very dull and I found myself wanting to redecorate it! This is not a privately owned accommodation, and it shows in the lack of thought into making a really pleasing environment for guests (compared to privately owned properties.) Be careful not to run all three air conditioners together while cooking. We blew a fuse on the first day and could not get electricity back on on our own. We had to place a call and sit in a hot apartment for about an hour waiting for assistance. This place has potential to be great, but falls short.

Incredible garden with great views, and plenty of space indoors.

Excellent location with a quiet terraced garden. The property is well furnished and appointed. Its a good place to use as a base to go other cities and sites. Siena is only just over an hour away by public transport. Theres good bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the bottom of town for self catering option. We would stay here again.

The location was excellent! Off of the busy streets but yet still within two minutes of the town square.

The kitchen had a coffee machine ---which is important to us because we love our morning coffee. But the kitchen was out of coffee pods. We contacted the host very soon after arrival and were told the owner would bring coffee pods the next morning. They never brought the coffee pods. When I contacted the host a 2nd time there was no reply.

The neighbours (above) started making noise every morning at 6am. So bit of a negative point but none the less a great stay. Would recommend!
