This place exceeded our expectations. I chose it because of its proximity to where I was visiting and not because it is glamping. I'm not the typical "glamper" (nor camper), and my son is an indoor cat. But we LOVED the place. My son kept repeating "this is paradise" (granted, the wifi is also really good). This was my boyfriend's first time to northern NM and this was the best possible welcome present he could have received. The property had a bunch of fun areas to play around in, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, and there is a garden they let you forage in for dinner. The yerta was very comfortable and it has a cooling unit for the 105F degree days we were experiencing. The bed was really comfortable, the outdoor kitchen was really fun to cook in, and even the bathroom/shower (which is about 1000 ft from the yurta) was fun to experience with the open air. The hosts have put a lot of thought and time into the property and you can feel it in the energy of the place. We'll be back!

The Yoga Yurta was very nicely furnished and would be the ideal glamping destination.
Unfortunately, this was not the ideal place for my stay, and I ended up finding other accommodations. I was there to get ready for my wedding and did not realize the bathroom was so far from the yurt. I look forward to staying sometime when the reason for my stay is more practically suited to the accommodations . This in no way means that I would not recommend a stay here. I just should have educated myself more as to what I was getting.

My ultimate compliment is two part. 1) They try—Owners have done so much with this property. You can totally relax in the Forrest property, do yoga or play ping pong. Bottom line is the owners have tried so hard to make your stay the ultimate.
2) They care— Greg and Robbie love their guests and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Both of them are the best !!
To summarize: They try and they care. My ultimate compliment.

This place is a absolute gem 💎 hidden in a village right off highway 40 and you don't even know it's there. The lady and I stopped here on our way to waco Tx from a week in vegas. We arrived late (dark) but was prepared for that. Greg showed us around and what we needed to know and just like that he was gone.. they give you privacy. We had a bottle of wine while playing with the neighbors dog (bonus) while cooking steaks on the grill. Remind you we still don't know the beauty that surrounds us. We ate drank the bottle and dog went home. We found ourselves laying in bed no TV no phone looking up through the skylight at the stars n moon. Then all the power goes out in a instant which the only light was the moon. We laid there for a few minutes then we were like oh no. Needless to say it was the whole mountain side out for some reason. We at first were scared because we (I) lol started talking about scary movies like jeepers creepers flying over the skylight and no one knows we're here etc etc. 😅
It was the most laughter we had with the most enjoyable night over we had in our whole 9 day road trip. Everything was spot on and laid out perfectly. Go get you some grapes before you leave they are sweet and delicious. Thank y'all for your hospitality and sharing your dreams with us. We will be back no doubt.

The room was comfortable and fantastic, the out side kitchen is great , the quaint open out side modern rest room and shower the best, wife and I showered at 6:00 am Vigorous. My wife and I had a blast can't stop thinking and talking about it. Lots cool setting areas on the property.

It's pretty remote, but a few mikes out of Albuquerque. The website didn't point out there were no "facilities" in the yurt and there was a difficult walk outside to get there. More information was forthcoming after the cancellation deadline.
I couldn't stay, and Went back to stay in a Motel 6 that was TERRIBLE!

This was my first solo trip and I am so thankful to Robbie and Greg for providing excellent service and for being so warm and welcoming! I will definitely be returning!

This property is amazing! It's very relaxing and beautiful! I loved my night here. The kitchen made it easy to make a cup of coffee and have a nice slow morning.
