The bungalow is in a quiet residential location and is very cosy and well equipped. Nice touches included some basic condiments in the kitchen and shampoo, soap and shower gel in the bathroom The owner Matt is very quick and responsive to any queries or problems

No smart TV The living room is spacious and comfortable, so it would be nice to have a large screen smart TV for a cosy family night-in watching Netflix or Disney.

It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Matt was very quick to respond to any enquiries.

Amazing property, spacious, very clean and comfortable, could not want more. Location is close to Belfast, we had a rental and it's only 7min drive to all attractions. Easy access and good communication with the owner Matt.

Glenwell House was a great base for our stay while visiting family. The property was spacious, clean and well equipped. The host, Matt, answered all queries very quickly and house instructions were clear and covered all you need to know. There were a few basic supplies in the bungalow, perhaps left by previous guests, nice to have tea/coffee etc supplied. I would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Everything was perfect. We travelled as a family, with a 1 year old and 4 year old. Cot was available in the property which was great. The place was spotless, off street parking, minutes away from the Zoo and W5. Location was perfect - plenty of take aways and shops. Would definitely return to this property and would definitely recommend for families.

Matt's house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and bright and the decor was tasteful. The house had everything appliance and utensil we could have asked for. We even had a lovely garden with a patio for the summer evening sun. We were travelling around Antrim and found it an ideal base. It was close to Belfast and easy to travel around but was in a beautiful location with a lovely view in a quiet area. It was minutes from Belfast Zoo and we found great parks and shore walks nearby. Matt was a great host and responded immediately when I had queries. It was easy to access the house and we had off street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would highly recommend this place !

initially the emails about security and doing this and doing that but my concerns were not warranted

it was wonderful, the place is lovely, so clean, modern, looking even better than in photos! I was so surprised of how amazing everything was. would definitely come back again. contact with the owner was really good, they’re really nice and understanding :)

The bungalow was spacious, modern and clean with all the modern kitchen facilities you could need. The communication from the owner was comprehensive and timely, and all in all I would thoroughly recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a quality home from home.

Bright and clean - well kitted out. Heat comes on really quickly to warm (not that the house was col, but a quick boost in the morning was great). Lovely quiet neighborhood. Good and safe parking, if weather had been better we would have used the patio and bar-b.

We all struggled with sleep as the beds weren't as comfy as our own. It's a subjective comment and I know you can't please everyone.

Communication with the host was great. House looked exactly like it did in the photos. Rooms were a very good size, Furniture was exactly what was needed. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Gardens looked nice.

The front door stuck a bit when opening and closing, so we used the kitchen door. This was not an issue though as it was just as easy to access the house using the kitchen door.

Accessibility, comfort. Little touches like tea, coffee, cooking oil etc. The owner responded quickly to any queries. We would definitely stay agai.

Cold on arrival but I understand no one had been in property. I found sofa in living room not very comfortable

Great location, properly is presented very well and clean, facilities were exactly what you’d need, little hiccup which was very Quickly resolved. Great communication and quick response. I would happily stay again.
