Only its location.
Its so untidy. Washrooms are in worts condition. Bed sheets are so dirty. The doors, walls are so dirty and old.

They booked me a room but upon my arrival they had no room available. They sent me to another hotel and overcharged me

location was fine and rooms were big , but not properly maintained ,suits size are okay, yes for bachlor okay but for families i will not recomend
rooms are not up to mark, Suits must be properly cleaned , service is very poor , there is nothing available like towels and fridge was inside room was found dirty , room were not heated,

Hotel staff tried to accommodate though initially they showed wrong room twice, it took a while to convince them to give another room as we mentioned in the booking
Bedsheets were bad and wet not clean
Blankets were torn and hotel staff refused to provide clean and better one
