Extremely clean!!! Spotless. There are terraces and patios everywhere. Kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need to cook. The shared spaces ~ kitchen dining room living room ~ are neat clean and organized. Free coffee and tea all day and all night. Owners and employees are muy chido ☀️. It is right downtown. I heard no street noise whatsoever. Beautiful park right across the street. Walk out the front gate and get helados, cemitas, tacos and literally every other kind of food within one block either direction. Oxxo virtually right next door. I didn’t want to leave. I’ll be back 100%. Just do it!

The hard bed

Awesome house and great location. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. So much space, especially the patios. Off-street secured parking was appreciated. We were very close to zocalo so we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go.

It was just perfect. Clean, stylish, comfy bed, awesome shower, well equipped kitchen. Free water, coffee and tea to be enjoyed on the roof terrace. Puebla is a beautiful city. Don't make the same mistake I made, stay longer than just one night!

the room heats up during the day (27C) and there is no air conditioning. poorly soundproofed, especialy guests and staff walking up and down the wooden staircase woke me up every morning.

Nothing really. We had an en suite bathroom which was tiny, but incredibly clean so not really a negative, just something to be aware of

A lovely family owns this place. They are very friendly and would love to help as much as they can to make the stay even better. Rooms are very clean. Bed and the pillow are comfy. Heater is a good touch for relatively colder nights. A common area for the customers to have a seat and relax, a kitchen to cook or brew your coffee. 2 terraces that you can grab your drink and enjoy the sunset. Feels exactly like home!

The best accommodation we stayed in! Really big rooms with couch, fully equipped kitchen, shared living room with TV… Esther (the housekeeper) was very lovely, brought us food to try and told us interesting things absout Puebla. Located 10 min walk from Zocalo at a Plaza with food and everything nearby. Very nice rooftop also!

the mattrass was really hard and bouncy making it hard to sleep with two people, also it was very cold at night and you can hear everything through the walls.

This is a great homestay across from a lovely park. Really great balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. I loved staying here and the location, close to the center of town, but also a bit removed to give you some room to breath, is great.

The location was perfect—across from a small, lively park and close to the zocalo and museums. The rooms were modern and sparkling clean. The hostel setup allowed us access to the other parts of the beautiful house, including a fully equipped kitchen and a large rooftop terrace. The housekeeper, Esther, was on site all day and was available to answer questions and give information on places to go and how to get there. She made the stay a truly wonderful experience.

Everything - from the incredible welcome and hospitality of our hosts to the large bedroom surrounded by wide terraces, which remained quiet throughout the night despite being so close to a square and the historical centre.

Bathroom is super small, wet and smelly. most of the time we had no warm water :(

The hostel is family run and the owners as well as the staff are incredibly friendly. They really make you feel at home! The hostel is also at a great location, it was very clean and everything was very comfortable.

The only thing solo travellers should consider is that this is not a party hostel, so you might not meet people as quickly. I went over to a party hostel nearby without staying there and hung out at the bar to meet more people. But it was great to be able to go back to my own clean quite room in the dear after.

They upgraded me to the Penthouse. I hate to call them staff. The people were very kind and engaging.
