Beautiful old house, renovated with beautiful wooden floors and doors. A very cozy open-plan kitchen sitting room area with wood fireplace. Excellent views over the Karoo veld, with nobody close by. Excellent walks on the farm.

The host was very helpful and replied to our messages instantly. From all the places we have stayed, this was the cleanest place and everything was very neat and modern.

This lovingly restored large farmhouse with spacious, tastefully decorated rooms should feature in a decor magazine. Uncluttered simplicity, yet attention to detail ensured there was nothing lacking to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Spotlessly clean, kitchen well-appointed (even featuring a dishwasher), and a large braai area overlooking the mountain vistas. We loved arriving to milk in the fridge and a jar full of farm rusks for our coffee! Instant hot water in the showers, fluffy towels and crisp linens, block-out lining on curtains all made for restful sleep. Location is great, easy access to main rd yet far away enough to hear no traffic noise. A true Karoo gem, we have found our home away from home!
